5 starsI was contacted by NALN to see if qualify to refinance my Auto Loan, they were extremely helpful in the beginning. Thai *** was my representative and am actually glad he was assigned to my account. He is AWESOME 100%.Very tentative and helpful to my requested needs and helped me 100% find a new refinance lender and helped me get Approved with a lower rates on my Car Loan. He made the process very easy, and continues to keep in touch to make sure I am good and if have any questions to keep helping me. His customer service support is top notch.l have already recommend him directly to 2 other family members. I trust his words and feel comfortable to make sure others will be in good hands.
