      ***** ***** is an unprofessional weirdo. Gave all my information then ghosted me for a week. Then they *** back after dropping my credit score and offer me 2% higher than what I already pay on my car? These people are a waste of time. *****. My credit score has increased drasti***ly over the last year to 700s and I make more money now and they tried to extend my months of payments and add 2% interest? ********

We always look for the best possible option before reaching back out to our customers, and even though at first your APR percentage may have gone higher we could have taken a second look, should you wish to continue.

      Regarding your credit score claim, as you know all of our calls are recorded for quality control and training purposes, you gave us consent to run your credit during the call that took place on 08.27.24 at 12:32pm.

      We apologize for not achieving the results you were looking for at first, but we certainly would like to clarify the situation and state the compliance facts, as well as the professionalism of ***** ***** during the call.

      Spam texts started out of the blue. Replied STOP to opt out. Texts keep coming. Now they're saying I put in an application and it has been assigned to *************. I have never heard of this fraudulent company. No legit company does business like this, not to mention over 75 complaints to BBB in under 3 years. Stop. Texting. Me. I don't want your scam services.

      I have requested not to be contacted by the National Auto Loan Network every day (with the exception of Sunday) for the last week. They have sent me text messages, emails, and have called me at least 3 times a day. When they call, they ask for my name and how many miles are on my car. I believe this is not only a scam, but I should be left alone when asked to be removed from any lists including text messages.

      2/14/2024 I refinanced with naln, which I refinanced my ************* year no problems. Did everything for my Gmc got approved with global lending. But naln sent the ****** check to my *** lenders not Bridgecrest, so I have payed global 2 months now, which they have gmc info but the *** ****** $. Now westlake is calling me telling me I'm late on my payments and global say my account is with them. ********************** say they will resolve the matter it has been 2 months and they refuse to return my calls. I would really love to resolve this matter as they are trying to have me pay 3 car loans when I should only have 2.

      When refinancing my pickup I was told by the lender that part of the agreement was that I get an extended warrantee through NALN. This contract covered certain parts and services with a one hundred dollar deductible. When I got this warranty my truck had larger tires and a 6 inch lift kit on it already. Now recently my transmission is going out and needs to be replaced and this company says that my contract does not say it has a lift or other tires which it has had the whole time. They say that modifications can void the warranty. All modifications made were made long before I ever got the warranty or refinance. Now my truck is in the shop, they sent an inspector he looked told the service department everything looked good and he would submit the paper work. We have tried to call the company and submit evidence of the modification dates but no one answers the phone or returns messages.

      This company keep mailing me prequalified offers. I have no interest in them. I think they are running my credit without my knowledge or permission., and it is lowering my credit score. Please have them STOP Thank you

      I spoke with a representative. I clearly refused. Same guy called me backed and begged me to apply. So I felt pressured. Not nice. Starting to wonder if this company is corrupt

      Bought a car and it was refinanced. It is completely non functioning. The vehicle is a 2019 Jeep Compass. I still owe over ***********************************************************

      I refinanced my auto loan with NALN and was told I'd receive "complimentary" ************ insurance. I even clarified to make sure. I was lied to by multiple representatives and my loan balance increased when I went to make my first payment. I contacted the lender and they explained the extra charges as the insurances I did not want and were "complimentary". I contact NALN and was bounced around representatives. All apologized but none would refund the charges, they never did.
