            Were trying to connect to their service call live health online for two months. They havent accepted any of my calls and are saying that they are down due to network issues. I received psychiatric services from a provider on their network, who did not utilize my health insurance, which was present during the interaction. When attempting to submit a claim, there has been no ability to connect to the business itself to file a complaint or to resolve this issue and get a refund for the amount that I paid out of pocket instead of utilizing my health insurance plan. I would just like to have communication in some capacity with this company, and there has been absolutely zero ability to do that. I would also like them to file a claim on my behalf to my insurance company for the services that their provider gave to me, or just the ability to connect with my provider.
