    Absolutely worst communication ever. Ordered a Vape Kit and never received it and been communicating over 35days trying to get a Refund only to be told 7 Days ago the refund has been issued give it 3 to 5 business days it's been 7 days and my bank has no information regarding a refund and now this company says this i quote [(""because this order -0000000-open a bank dispute the money is hold by the bank they will issue refund please kindly wait for the refund"")]What a ridiculous and terrible way to communicate and doesn't make any sense. [{(~ DEFINITELY DO NOT ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY YOU'LL REGRET IT. JUST PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GO ON A DIFFERENT SITE~)}]

    I had a defective/dead vape that I wanted a refund or replacement. The company had ridiculous demands for a refund. I told them I would mail it back to them so they could see it was dead and wouldn't charge. They responded with the same email stating their ridiculous demands. I don't think they even read my email.

    This company is completely unprofessional and never ordering from them again!! Ordered several vapes, all arrived on time but one disposable vape came defected, not working. Their policy states they have a guaranteed refund policy for dead on arrival products if notified within 3 days of delivery, which I did. I e-mailed them to let them know, and this was their reply: Dear customer,Thank you for contacting us.Please don't worry, we will re-send you a new product,But in order to arrange a resend for you quickly, we hope you can provide some information to prove that there is a problem with this product, then we can make feedback to the factory and do improvement In order to help us solve the issue, we kindly ask you to provide below details for us here at first:Please provide the ** picture ( serial number ) of the item indicated on the outer packaging Please provide a video to display the issue in detail. Please make sure the video is made in good lighting and at a moderate distance.If the video is more then 2MB, please provide a ******* link of it for us here.We will wait for your information here.Thank you for your cooperation."I uploaded the stupid video to my own ******* channel just to show them how I vape on the item that doesn't work, like I'm some kind of ***** they don't trust, to prove their item doesn't work, so they can resend me a new item like they promised,After I went through all that hassle wasting my own time of making and then uploading the video to get their replacement, they then send me this: "Due to now National Day, the factory has a holiday,so for this item: So Soul SLIMZ BC**** Pro Disposable Vape Kit **** Puffs 11ml SOSO003K05 Strength:5%Flavor:White Gummy Bear We will refund to your store credit account.Please check the refund in your Vapesourcing account in 24 hours." Sorry but I dont care about your holidays you're shipping to AMERICAN customers! If you promise to replace an item then replace it when I send you proof!

    Found out my underage child ordered unbeknownst to me. Tried to cancel the same day that I found out which happened to be the same day as ordered. They would not allow cancellation, advised that a minor ordered it, but they still insisted that the order was good because they verified with an id. Asked if the id matched the the person, they stated that long as Id was produce the order is good. I also stated that if they had a valid id why would someone order online when they can go to the store to buy it. Cheaper and no shipping cost. No answer. Terrible place that is destroying our youth in this country. Parents beware.

    Its been 6 long days no confirmation they are slow with response and when they do they arent helpfulthis site should shut down I want my money back!

    This company ships fast, and seems to have a decent selection, however, I ordered a product in a certain color, and they sent me another color I did not select. I thought maybe the packaging was wrong, as that happens sometimes, so I opened the packaging and sure enough, wrong color. It took over a week to get the information out of them as to where to send the package back to them, and they don't want to issue a refund, even though I never used their product. Chargeback incoming, and I don't care what they have to say. I pay attention to what I order, I know what I selected, I do not care what the invoice says, this was on them, not me. They could try to be a little professional, but their responses seem to be done by 13 year old kids who have no experience in customer service. I've issued refunds for perfectly good food people have not eaten, they can issue me a refund for a product I never used. Their hours are horrible for customer service as well, regardless that they're supposedly a *** company. Also, one customer service rep literally logged out mid conversation without saying anything to the effect of "I'm very sorry but my shift is ending, hope to resolve this issue soon with you." Just *CLICK* gone. "We will be back between the hours of x:xx and x:xx (GMT +8).Worst retailer I've done business with online since the year ****.
