    If I could give less than one star, I would and it would be in the negative numbers!!! I have also never been so mishandled as a customer nor treated like an idiot would. I was promised a refund for my package of unused coils, so I paid 8 dollars to send it back to me. They returned the package with the label "return to sender - vacant - unable to forward - return to sender", when it was the exact they told me to send it to. So I waisted the original shipping of 8 dollars when it was sent to me, then another 8 dollars to send it back, which they said they would credit my card I paid with. They LIED to me so many times and I waisted so much money just for it to not be returned!!! Then I was told if I send it back (to where???) I could get credit in my wallet of half of it, and so they lied about putting the money on my card!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BULLSH-********* EVER AGAIN, AND WARN ALL OF THE PEOPLE THINKING ABOUT PLACING ANY ORDERS!!!

    I placed an order on 8.4.25. The order coming through the USA warehouse arrived within a week and a half. The other part of the order that is coming from ***** seems to have gotten stuck is LA customs. Arrived at inbound customs on 8.17.25. I filled out their contact form on 9.2.25 11pm about the package hasn't moved in a couple weeks. They responded 9.3.25 1:50am claiming they reached out to customs and it's already passed and I should have the package within a couple days. Today is 9.9.25 and no package or tracking update. I've sent follow up emails on 9.6.25 and 9.8.25 which both has went unanswered so far.

    I have never, ever been so mishandled as a customer. Blatant lies; every email makes me feel like I am a hamster on a hamster wheel. 3 months I have been fighting for a $400 credit. I have emailed, I have taken pictures, I have videoed, and I have mailed and remailed the items to be returned. Every time I do what they ask, they ask me to do something different. The first time I returned the unopened, still wrapped vapes, they gave me the wrong address - $30 later. The second address was a CVS *** pickup. They never picked up the package, so *** sent it back to me... another $30. What a blatant disrespect of being a business. I suggest you NEVER, never buy from them.

    I have been a customer for close to ten years, though haven't used them much the last few years. VERY slow, but I'd never had a problem until my last order.I received my order but two items were wrong. These items amounted to half the total (over $100). I wasn't worried, and contacted them right away. They wanted photos of everything, and I sent them.But then they said they were sorry and could offer me a $5 refund to my "vapesourcing wallet" and I didn't have to send the items back. I don't want these items, they'll never be used. I told them so, and also that the two items combined to over $50, not $5. I wanted the items I paid for, or if they couldn't exchange them, just a refund. This was where it started getting VERY frustrating...Customer service said they would exchange the items, but I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK. Now, the original "Shipping and Handling" on the order cost over $17, but now they expect me to pay even more to fix an error they made. I've explained that by law (it was shipped from their US warehouse) they cannot require the buyer to pay for return shipping to return/exchange items THEY sent by mistake. But they just sent the same message again with the address to send the items back to, how to pack it, and that I'd be refunded after the items were "inspected." It's just a generic autoreply, given now they just send the same one anytime I try to explain that they need to provide a shipping label if they want the items back. They just do not care. At all. To expect the customer to pay to fix their error is unacceptable. Over the years I've sent dozens of other customers their way . Now I'm trying to get ahold of everyone I referred to warn them. And I'll try to warn people on every platform I can. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Low prices aren't worth it if you won't get what you pay for. If they're willing to treat a long-term customer this way, then they'll do the same with anyone else too.

    Ive been ordering with them for years, no problems. I also keep a lot of products on hand, both liquids and vape pens. I received an order that included two larger Smok vape pens. I didnt pay attention, just put them in my cabinet. Well, when I went to grab a new pen, I realized I hadnt ordered these, and wanted to return for a refund. They said I could return for refund as long in original package and shrink wrapped, which they were. Send them back, and no refund. I had proof of delivery. Numerous emails back and forth, they said they didnt have record of sale. I figured they put in two of the wrong pens because I never ordered or have used the bigger ones. Finally, theyre stopped responding. So, I was sent wrong product, paid to ship them back, proof of delivery, and no refund. Would never do business again with this scam company that cheats customers.

    Due to my lack of knowledge about vaping products, I purchased a mini I stick that does not work with the tank that I have. I sent three emails and three chats until they finally answered me. They wanted me to take pictures and videos of the product before they would even consider me returning this item. I did explain that my lack of knowledge was the reason I purchased the wrong item. These people are not consumer friendly and have definitely left a very sour taste in my mouth after trying to deal with these people.

    I ordered an item from Vapesourcing for $12.99 plus tax & shipping, and they sent me the wrong one. Now they want to refund me $8 and said I could keep the one they sent me. I told them I dont want it plus it was their mistake!

    This company will rip you off, they say items were delivered when they clearly weren't. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
