    On the 23rd of every month my bank account is being charged ***** a month by Student Support Live, a student loan consolidation business. Their website studentsupportlive.com is not valid and their phone number ************ goes directly to voice mail and their mailbox is full. I am in need of help with getting them to stop charging my account! I am retiring in May 2023 and I cannot afford to have this money taken from my account every month! Can someone please help?

    To whom it may concern:

     

    The client has submitted a complaint on the wrong company. We do not have this client listed as our client. The information she provided such as the website and phone number is not affiliated with our company. I have tried to reach out to the client regarding this mistake but there was no answer. I left her a message and emailed her. Please let me know what else I can do to take care of this matter. Thank you.

    My complaint was against Student Support Live, not National Student Servicing. Should I submit a new complaint? I've never heard of National Student Servicing.

    I have been attempting to cancel my account with this business for nearly a year now and they are unwilling to cancel the account and continue to charge me. They called and rudely informed me that they provided me instructions on how to cancel on 02/23/2022 but after reviewing all my emails this information was never provided. I would like them to stop harassing me, cancel my account, and I really don't believe I should have to pay for the last year when I have been attempting repeatedly to cancel the account and have received zero feedback until the rude phone call on 01/20/2023.

    This company is taking funds from our account and not applying it to a student loan in my wife's name. I've tried to reach out to the company but there is no active website online and they don't respond to my calls. My recommendation is to not get involved with this company.

    To Whom It May ***************** have an account listed under *****************************. Husband **************** was contacted regarding a request we received. I have talked to both Husband and wife and have taken care of their questions they had. A Disability Discharge form was provided to ******** due to her diagnoses. Client has been assisted and has no further questions.

    A representative did contact my wife but why does it take contacting the BBB to get a response from these people. I still believe there is something odd about this whole situation. They have no website and according to the representative, there hasnt been one for three years, it just doesnt make sense unless the site was used as a front. Weve been charged monthly for maintenance of my wifes account but Im not sure what that includes because none of the monthly fees go towards paying off the student loan. I dont believe an accredited business would be set up the way this company is operating. ****** owns the loan and says this company is a scam and is acting as a go between and not affiliated with them.
