This company has been charging me $30 a month for ten years now and now there is no way to contact them or find out what is happening with my account. I'm trying to get into contact with National Student Servicing about getting a payment issue resolved. My last transaction sent to them was back in January. Typically, they charge me at the beginning of every month. I have not changed my debit card as far as I can recall. There have been no responses from National Student Servicing to my voicemails that I left on 4/16/24, 4/29/24, and 5/3/24. If they could call me then that would be great.Initial Complaint

National Student Servicing has been falsely. representing me for my student loan debt payments. They have been charging me *****/month for ************************************************* I tried to cancel with them last year and have called for almost a year now and they will not respond to my calls, emails, or texts but continue to take the ***** out of my checking each month. My student loan has been forgiven since August 2023 and I am still being charged a servicing fee for no reason. The website and email route is a dead end. I was finally reached via phone call be ***** to be told that she was not able to access my account and that I should contact my bank and have them deny the charges. From our conversation it appears that she was scammed to and is trying to let her clients know to have the banks deny payment in order to stop the continued charges. I've been charged $30 a month for nothing and want the fraud to end.Initial Complaint

This business is scam they collect their monthly payment of ***** for years and give you a run around on the application of your PSLF. Years of paying them and lastly ***** is the only one who runs it. She created the business fraud name and is the only person working this fraud company. Now she is asking for more money to keep the process running.Business Response

Client *********************** was enrolled with NSS October 2014 and we placed her on the *** program. Client's *** has been updated yearly with next recert date 05/05/2024. Client has requested to close her account as of 12/01/2023. All requirements of cancelation were met and completed. All payments have been stopped and no further charges will take place. No refunds will be submitted. Thank you for your time and hope this resolves this matter!

I have been repeatedly sending emails and also left 2 messages on their phone. Have not received any replies. However they dont have a problem taking their monthly payment. Im not sure what to do at this point. This has been going on for months. I need to know the status of my loan after sending in multiple pslf forms. I have been trying to get in touch with anyone at this business for a month and haven't heard anything from anyone. Yet I'm still getting billed every month. I've called and it's just a recording saying I'm first in line and they'll call back. Nothing. I've called at least every day for a month. I've emailed. Nothing. I have been trying to reach them in order to pay my monthly payment, but have been unsuccessful. My debit card that they had on file for automatic payments was compromised so I had to get a new one and have not been able to reach them to give them the new number. I am now months behind and do not know what to do. Please have them contact me.
