Buyer beware. Bought a 2023 ******************* in July of 2022, the sale experience was good and **** our salesman was excellent but that where it stoped contacted ***** in service with a list of defective/ broken warranty items and requested a service appointment for March of this year, she totally blew us off, emailed multiple times with no response. Contacted service manager he is a total piece of work, very rude and likes to yell at you on the phone. Sent an email to the owner, with a list of issues and lack of customer service, he never responded as well theres a lot of RV dealers in ********** do your research by elsewhere!Review from jennifer n

DO NOT BUY AN RV FROM THIS PLACE. If I could give zero stars I would. At our purchase walkthrough we submitted manufacturer warranty repair needs and took pictures. It has been 1 year and ****** has refused to complete any of the needed repairs. They ignore your calls and emails and when you go talk to the service department in person they give you the runaround. The service department customer service person ***** is horrible. She's extremely rude and never follows through with anything. This is the culture of ****** in general. There was also a man in the service department who bragged about their number of sales when we went in to share our concerns about them not fixing our unit, instead of reassuring us that the repairs would be completed. They are shameless criminals and your money would be better spent somewhere else. We're now working with another dealership for the repairs and the experience has been much better.Review from William H

Bought new trailer yes they will give a great deal, that's all I had missing and damage parts they said no problem they will have fixed. Well been 2 years and still can't get the warranty Department to return emails and calls 2 years. This has been totally unacceptable. Looking to have them buy it back. Biggest lying business buyers beware.Customer Response

reply, for over a year and a half.I have contacted cruiser and they have informed me that Best RV WAS paid for the warranty work Missing window blind and damage rear ******.I have never been notified by Best Rv that you have received said window blind or ******, and it was never replaced by you.I was notified and schedule my trailer to have missing tire and wheel replaced and was told the blind was also in. It turned out to be the wrong blind and was told I would be contacted when it arrives. You also took pictures of the damage rear ****** and also said, I would be contacted when it arrives..and you would mail me the parts. . We have only taken out once since purchase.purchase. So, we could enjoy using the trailer I had asked cruiser to send me names of reputable dealers in my area to have warranty work done. The other dealership performs the repairs within a week, not over 1.5 years and counting.I expect to be reimbursed for the charges of such work, because Best RV was paid for said work and Cruiser could not honor said work twice.Total price $512.26Review from Courtney B

We bought an ** from a third party who bought the 2020 Keystone Avalanche 378BH ** from BEST **. We had to transfer the warranty to our name because their ** they sold has electrical issues. We contacted them to get everything transferred and the gal ***** from the financial department with best rv told us everything was done by the original owner and that everything was fine. When we contacted the ** repair guy to come out and fix the fridge (3rd time) and the heater, he said the warranty had never been transferred. I then contacted Best ** to ask about the transfer and she kept telling me they did everything on their end and that its Portfolio Protections fault. I then contacted Portforlio Protection to ask about the transfer. They said they never received anything from BEST ** and that she has been waiting for the paperwork. After 2 months of going around with this, BEST ** finally tells me that the warranty transfer fee had never been paid. I would have paid it at the beginning of all this if I knew this was the problem. So instead of charging me $50 like the contract states, they charged me $150. ***** was telling me that they dont keep anything on file and they dont take copies of anything and that theyre not organized. I then contacted portfolio and they transferred everything for me today. Portfolio then advises me to contact the ** and tell him about my experience. As soon as I called and started speaking to the **, he treated me horribly. He had an attitude and was YELLING on the phone. My husband and I were completely shocked. He doesnt like feedback apparently. He told us we were never welcome there and that he doesnt need the business. I then told him I was going to come down to the dealership and talk to him about all this and he stated If I came to the business, they would call the cops. We were going to buy another ** from this business, but after everything they have done to us in the last few months, we will never give them our business.Review from Barbara L

I did not buy from them, Thank heavens. After reading the reviews here, on Facebook and other platforms it sounds like I saved myself alot of anguish. I was dealing with the owner, N*****, who is a completely incompetent, rude, unknowlegibie person. After I gave him all the accurate information on my tradein incluing a link to RVTrader which had many pictures and further explanations of the modifications I had made, he emailed he would take the tradein and asked me about the furniture and the "electric BREAKS" which had nothing to do with my tradein. I asked him what he meant. No answer. I got an approval from my C.U. to purchase the unit I wanted. Not having any further communication from N***** I emailed him and explained I had the approval. He rudely asked which bank. He then started in on the tradein. "After reviewing your tradein we cannot give you what you are asking". I told him he had had all the chances in the world to review it prior to telling me he would accept the tradein. Bait and switch!!!! I don't understand how BBB can give them an A+ rating considering how these people clearly don't deserve it.Review from William S

Best RV is the #1 BEST Bait and Switch RV seller in **********. If you like to be lied to and stolen from this is the company for you!We visited Best RV about a month ago and decided on 2 units, 1 unit ended up out of budget so after doing some research we decided that the 2nd unit we loved, the Voltage **** was going to suit us perfectly as it has a 15ft garage. Last Friday I text the guy I was working with, *****, and asked if a specific unit was available, (stock #*****) he confirmed with me that the unit was still in stock and wanted me to come in ASAP. Being 2 hours away, I explained to him that I had already secured financing but was willing to see if they could provide any better rate. On Saturday I spoke with the finance manager and explained that I didnt want him to run my credit 10 times like last time and if he knew any bank that he would recommend getting a better term, he recommended Golden One. I told him to go ahead and run it just to Golden One. He did so and the rate and terms came back higher than I had already secured so I told him never mind I would just like to move forward on the specific unit I text ***** the day before. (They then ran my credit with 3 other banks after I specifically told them not to) They sent me a contract to send to my finance company, all the while I am to the understanding we are still talking about the same unit I text ***** Friday. Monday my finance company received the contract from Best RV and I approved the purchase and was ready to sign Docs and fund Best RV for the unit. On Tuesday I call ***** and tell him we are ready to go and that I would like to come down, a 2-hour drive to actually put my hand on the unit, inspect it and sign all of the dealer docs so when the funding happens next week the unit can be ready to pick-up. ***** says yep come on down it's all ready.I drive the 2 hours down to meet with him, he takes me out to the unit, I walk in and its the wrong color interior, I say this isnt correct Interior. He says oh it must be the other one, we walk into it, and nope still the wrong color, it's the Chrome package and I wanted the Raven ******** So we run around to all of the Voltage RVs and can't locate the correct unit. I kept trying to give him the inventory # but he just ignored me, finally, he pulls out his inventory sheet and low and behold the unit isnt on his inventory sheet. He was like Bro its the same unit, the first one I showed you the ****, I kept showing him the phone from our message on Friday, this is the unit I am buying. He never once said he was sorry or that there was a mistake and it was sold just that the first unit was the one I was buying so after closer inspection of the bank paperwork, they switched the vin to the wrong color interior hoping to get funded before I would ever notice.Needless to say after a quite heated argument I left and decided to take my $85,000 somewhere else. Buyer beware!Review from Carmel L

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Shame on me a family member purchased a unit in Feb we paid to get the unit delivered upon delivery the bedroom slide did not work! Immediately called and was told not there problem to call and get a mobile repair guy!!! Then my husband & I decide to buy a unit for us. Shame on us for returning to this crooked dealership! Beware they do offer the best prices but you clearly get what you pay for there! We have spent 110K and purchased $6400 on after market products. They are really nice and helpful until they get your money then it is screw you attitude!! When we did the dealer walk through there was an issue with the auto stabilizer, which was suppose to be repaired before it was delivered. The unit was delivered the auto stabilizer was not repaired. When I contacted the service department and spoke to Karen she basically told too bad not there problem this is a manufacturer warranty issue contact them! THEY SELL DEFECTIVE BROKEN UNITS ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOUR SCREWED! All I wanted was for them to correct the issue & make it right! So sad you put faith in a Company spend a lot of money & they can't even stand behind the sell and make it good!Review from Michael T

I purchased a new 2021 Rockwood Ultra Lite in Feb, 2021. They lied about pricing that was on the website as well as in person. Because of the pandemic they had some inventory so we purchased the unit. Come to find out the air conditioner had a defect and never worked. We waited two months just for them to look at it and tell us what was wrong. They blew other fuses in the coach and hid the blown fuses in the fuse box so the next time i used the trailer our fridge and other aux lights did not work. We have waited for two months for a part and they have never called us so I called Forest River and finally the warranty manager after 3 tries with them to have a part shipped so we can use our trailer. Today August 23, 2021 they finally called me and said the reason why was because the manufacture chewed their a** I would never purchase another trailer or have service done at this place again. They have a pompous owner and his brother runs the service department and he is clueless. People like this do not deserve to be in business. The call today from them they said they had 80 trailers there but would try to fit me in a month from now. Try to fit me in? I gave you $41,000 six months ago and my air has never worked? I am bothering you? I told her i did not trust them and she rudely said they would send the part back and hung up on me. When people asked where I bought my trailer I say Worst RV Center.Review from John A

I purchased my new ****** ****** in June from Gerzenys RV World in ******* at the end of June. During our orientation, I questioned the propane level because I was told it had been topped off but the gauge showed it at only 60%. Just prior to driving away, my wife and I smelled propane and told the salesman. Both times we were ignored and sent on our way. About 50 miles down the road while cruising at 70 mph, my wife and I smelled propane in the coach. The propane was spewing out from the bleeder valve hose underneath the coach and we quickly stopped, jumped out, and escaped a very dangerous and life-threatening situation.Long story made short the next day Gerzenys fixed the faulty propane line. Pleasure-Way indicated that they would investigate the problem and review and modify safety protocols as needed. That is what I would expect from a responsible company. However, through their law firm, Gerzenys responded to my concern by writing, before the ****** left Gerzenys dealership, there were no red flags related to its L.P. system that were or could have reasonably been detected by Gerzenys. That is wrong. Gerzeny's employees chose to ignore an obvious problem with the propane tank at the 60% level. Gerzeny's employees chose to ignore a clear and concise statement from my wife and I that we could smell propane a minute before we took possession of the vehicle. Those were the obvious red flags that were ignored. The law firm went on to say, Gerzenys cannot accept or allocate the fault on anyone and, Gerzenys disagrees with your factual assessment and Gerzenys met and exceeded its duties on the issues you have raised. Bottom line Gerzenys calls me a liar and will accept no responsibility for sending us on our way with a propane tank that mysteriously lost 40% of its contents and the smell of propane in the air next to our ******.Gerzenys spent a lot of money on lawyers when all I was asking was for Gerzenys and Pleasure-Way to investigate the problem and make needed changes. Pleasure-Way did that. On the other hand, Gerzenys denied any responsibility, and paid big bucks to a law firm to make sure no one would blame them for their failure to recognize a serious and dangerous problem that could have easily resulted in death or serious injury. If you are considering purchasing a Pleasure-Way RV, I would recommend that you not consider Gerzenys as a dealer and I would recommend to Pleasure-Way that they reconsider using Gerzenys as a dealer for their RVs.We love our ******. I just wish the dealership had been more aware, more caring, and more responsible.Best RV Center Response

Extremely disappointed with the customer service or lack of..... We purchased an ** July of ***************************************************************************** concerns we had. Once we left the lot with the ** the nightmare begun. Multiple phone calls ending in disconnection and not able to speak with the service department. I walked into the service department and I was told to leave because I didn't have an appointment and they were to busy to talk to me.We have several issues but only one has been documented and it has expired because we can't get the appointment to fix it.Our warranty is going to expire next month without a single issue resolved.I would recommend never patronizing this business to anyone even if the price is slightly lower! It's unfortunate that this business doesn't care if people are unhappy or dissatisfied because to them the bottom line is the money. They lure people in with a lower price to make the sell and then toss you out and wait for the next catch and release!!
