- Additional Info:BBB has received several complaints alleging this business is sending numerous mailers indicating the recipient may be eligible for timeshare maintenance fee elimination services.
Complaints indicate the mailer is deceptive and misleading, as consumers in receipt of the mailer do not own timeshares and the letter includes comments such as, "This is only available to a select group of timeshare owners..", and contains words that create a sense of urgency, such as "FINAL EXPIRATION NOTICE" OR "FINAL NOTICE."
BBB is in the process of trying to reach the business for response to the pending complaints. This aspect of the Business Review will be updated once additional information becomes available.
