    I havent even made the 2nd payment for the vehicle that I JUST bought. A month into have the car I got a check engine light for emissions. The vehicle passed smog but a month into owning the car I get this and the shift lock own release. I bought the car that the trunk was also broken which is understandable given the vehicle has had rear end accident damage but I was sold a broken vehicle with the possibility of emission tampering. Id like for the dealer to buy this car back because I havent even owned it 90 days yet its giving me problems.

    I took my 16 Rx350 in for a transmission flush. Upon arrival the employee named ******* completely rejected the service I requested and said it didnt need to be done. So she changed the work order to do a general car inspection and said itd be around $60. After waiting there for over 3 hours, she comes back and says I have a major oil leak, needs new struts, brake pads, the battery holder is missing, and my front bumper has been repainted, saying its not the original I was insulted by her degrading comments to my car as I felt was really not necessary. After looking at it, I was given a new invoice for a total estimate of $8,900. They didnt know I was already aware of those issues they stated and in which were very minor. They definitely ****** exaggerated the stated issues and I declined their recommendation. They didnt like my decision so they made me wait another hour to pay, ended up costing over $450. Only thing they did was an oil change and took the front wheel off. Big difference from $60 she promised for this inspection vs what I originally came in for. They did not change the brake pads either as they claimed to have replaced stating in the car fax report. I most definitely feel robbed and deceived. They are not an honest company who cares about you or your car. The only thing theyre really good at is their very deceiving system of scamming people for large unnecessary repairs.

    We located the customer in our system with a different spelling of the last name.To recap it's not that the advisor ******** rejected the customers request it's that we do not perform flushes at South Bay Lexus therefore this request cannot be performed.I'm not familiar with a repair of $60.00? Initially the customer approved to perform a ********************************** for the amount of ******, which based on the miles ****** this was the right maintenance for the vehicle. Below is the estimate signed by the customer initially before the vehicle had any repairs performed, $60.00 was never discussed, not sure what this is referring to? The estimate for ***** was provided due to the following reasons.
