            This company is a rip off! **** ordered was returned due to wrong size..replacement was delivered damage..and for each instance many multiple considerable number of emails were sent to get matters addressed...and that's with me paying return to them postage for repair...now they won.t return ring unless I pay for repair for their poor workmanship..or won.t return faulty ring unless I pay return to me postage.Their lousy efforts to address / repair a minor issue have escalated to out right thievery!

            Thank you for your message via BBB. As per our record, the ring as ordered was shipped via US ************** with tracking number **************************. As per US **************, the package was delivered at ********, ** ***** on February 25, 2023, 2:34 pm. We received your email on March 15th saying that the freemason masonic logo on the ring was leaning to the right. You are advised by jeweler that local repair is not possible. You sent the ring back to our office at ******. After our product re-examination and inspection, the ring was damaged due to physical or accidental abuse. Our 180 days warranty covers this coi jewelry ring for manufacturing defects only(basing on coi jewelry's inspection and discretion) and explicitly did not cover everyday wear, physical or accidental abuse.We can repair your ring with charge at US30.00 or we can send the damaged ring back to you via US ************** with postage at US15.00. Awaiting to you soonest reply to resolve this case. We are always here to help. Thank you.
