    From July 2024 to Feb 2025 (Current), we have been continually attempting to fix Wolters Kluwer Accounts Payable with our account. Our sales contact has already confirmed that Wolters Kluwer has incorrectly charged our account (we are below are filing quota per contract). We have confirmed it by email with the ** ***** member. For 8 months straight, every month, an email from ** member (several different AP contacts) keeps contacting us for these invoices. We keep sending the same email that the sales contact instructed to remove them. We have sent it 8 times to the same AP member, and 2 other times to new ** members. Each time they call us, and we explain repeatedly to a new ** member. We have created a support ticket, which they still did not remove or clarify the invoices. They don't check the ticket or past email.We are contacted again by separate email that they will turn off our contracted service during our current tax season. We are beyond frustrated and angry at the harassing emails and calls, and wasted our time during tax season. We should invoice Wolters Kluwer for our consulting and AP handling.

    Wolters Kluwer has sent me repeated harassing letters claiming that I signed up forRegistered *************** The letters say Amount Due is $394 The letters are deceptive and misleading. I have not signed up for these services.

    After review we have determined that the invoice 5008895674-00 referenced is not valid.  We have credited the invoice for the full amount of $393.  We apologize for the inaccurate invoice and no further contact will occur on invoice 5008895674-00 as it is now void.

    I purchased a month subscription so I could earn **************************** credits as required by the ******************* on Certification of Physician Assistants. They auto renewed me 3 days early. Then tells me it is policy not to give refunds. I am disputing this through my bank also.

    We have received your concern from the Better Business Bureau of Silicon Valley Consumer Complaint #********(R-001).

    In your complaint, you mentioned that you purchased a month's subscription to earn CME credits as required by the ******************* on Certification of Physician Assistants and that you were charged three days early. You are now requesting a refund of $59. 

    However, you did not mention who you purchased a month's subscription from or the name of the product you subscribed to.

    We have checked our files and have no reference to any order processed for you or having made a charge of $59.

    To check further, we need more details about the product you ordered and the credit card charge. Therefore, we cannot offer any resolution at this time.

    If you find details that we are involved with your purchase,please let us know and we would be happy to investigate the issue.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I provided BBB with documentation showing I purchased directly from Wolters Kluwer the UpToDate subscription for one month. Then I was auto renewed 3 days prior to the 30 days. I called to cancel and request a refund and was told no refunds are given per policy. I paid for a subscription on 10 Dec 2024. Your company auto-renewed the subscription days early on the 7th of January with no warning. I am requesting the $59.00 refunded that you took on the 7th of January 2025.

    I demand they cancel invoice #********** - 001, in the amount of $1,204.45! We've been doing taxes for more than 25 years and tried to use the Wolters Kluwer tax software but it was completely unusable, they have the absolute worst Software on the market, I wouldn't use it if they paid us, we never filed any tax returns using their software and they've been harassing me relentlessly trying to collect, it's completely ridiculous!Invoice ID ********** - 001, $1,204.45, reference #**********, ***** ****** has continued to harass us by email every few months for nearly three years and I'm ready to file a harassment lawsuit, the last contact was 12/03/24, she will not respond or take my calls so they either cancel this fraudulent invoice or I will see them in court!

    Since September 10, 2024, I have contacted Wolters Kluwer to discuss the renewal of the tax software. I have called and left messages, I have emailed and I have submitted a web ticket for support. I have yet to receive any type of response. This company has terrible customer service. Asking to speak to my account manager should not be this challenging.

    I am reaching out because I am needing assistance with my account with ********************. They are saying that I owe ****** and that they cannot find the payment. I have sent them my bank statements and they continue to reject the information. This is starting to become problematic and now they are threatening to lock my account. I made my payment with a debit/credit card not an ach payment. I need someone with experience at this company that can do proper research and properly post the payment. I need assistance with making sure that I get access to all payment records made with my debit/credit cards and with getting this payment processed. I have spoken with a few billing **** and an account executive and I need to make sure that this payment was processed and posted to the correct account.

    I am rejecting this response because: The most recent complaint that I submitted yesterday is a different issue.  I don't think that anyone read my most recent complaint, so here it is.  My recent complaint states that I would like to be reassigned a new *** for ATX software for renewal that will work with me as my renewal price is ****** more than what it was last year for the same package.  I never received an email about early bird pricing.  I also was never told that taxwise didn't have certain forms that I am used to working with in ATX software for e-filing, thus, I want to cancel taxwise and be refunded the amount that I put down, as taxwise isn't going to work for me.  I am just finding this out.  I was advised that I had until the end of December to cancel, request, and receive that refund.  Most importantly, I need to be assigned a new *** with a different manager that is going to be helpful for ATX.  The one that I have now, including his manager is non-responsive and that doesn't work for me.  Thank you.

    Several years ago, I purchased a software tool for Wolters Kluwer. In 2020, I reached out to make a change to my account and asked for one of the tools to be removed. As my account *** was no longer with the company, I was told that my new account *** would be made aware and would reach out to me in a few days. I asked if I could have her contact information for future reference but was told that was not possible and I should wait to hear from her. After no response, I reached out to Wolters Kluwer several times only to be transferred around with no help. In 2021 my account was sent to collections, as my cc on file had expired, but no one at Wolters Kluwer let me know, nor was I ever given an account to log in to view an open invoice and they were never mailed to me. I emailed the collections agent and again, was transferred several times with no help and no resolution. I did reach tech support and they assisted me in setting up access to view my account, allowing me to also submit support cases online. With that, I submitted several support cases, only to have them closed indicating no one could be of assistance or that they would let my account ***resentative know, and she would reach out to me, but again no response. As I was afraid not paying would hurt my credit, despite several previous requests to remove the software tool, I paid the full invoice to protect myself and my credit. Again in 2022, the same things happened, and I was again forced to pay the full invoice to save my credit and protect myself. In 2023, I tried again to have the software tool removed or my account closed but again was unable to speak to anyone who could be of assistance, as all ***resentatives indicated I had to speak to my account ***, but no one would provide me with contact information to speak to her. Please help as I have tried all in my power to cancel my account and I am done allowing Wolters Kluwer to bully me into paying because they will not cancel my account as asked.

    I am rejecting this response because: The business has reached out and there resolution is for me to continue to pay them for yet another year despite their inability to remove the unwanted software tool and/or close my account as requested since 2020. I last spoke to the manager of my account representative on September 19th and he indicated he would call me back on September 20th once he had reviewed my account, but I have not heard back from him. I left him a message on September 27th, after giving him an additional week to call back, as of today, I have not heard back from him or anyone else at Wolters Kluwer and I have not been made aware of any resolution to my case.

    I continually receive invoices and past due notices for a subscription based tax research program I cancelled over five years ago. Every year, I call, email and write letters, but still receive renewal invoices. After sending communication to cancel, I am still receiving invoices for payment as recent as earlier this month. I would like Wolters Kluwers to remove me from their auto renewal and stop sending invoices.

    I have been trying to get off the mailing list from this company Wolters Kluwer for many months now. Whenever I contact them, it's a long drawn out process where eventually they say they can't find me and have no idea what I am talking about or they have already removed me. Meanwhile I am getting unsolicited mail about subscribing to UpToDate. Yes, I have tried the customerservice@uptodate e-mail.
