    On 12/11/2021 I placed an order with the online store for ****** ********* operated by All-Media Public Relations for an autographed picture. Transaction #26WXXXXXXMXXXXXXX for *** **** for picture, $6 for shipping). On 02/10/2022 I wrote to *****************m to ask about my order. On 02/11/2022 ***** ******* of Morgan************* answered that Ms. ********* was working but items had been sent to her to be signed and to be patient. On 06/21/2022 I contacted them again asking about my order. The same day ***** ******* answered. She said there has been a delay, but they will send out the order when ready. On 09/14/2022 I wrote to them saying my Post Office had returned the item for insufficient postage and asked if they were going to resend it with correct postage. They didn't answer so I emailed them again on 10/13/2022 with the same question. On 10/14/2022 ***************** responded with "I picked up the returned piece of mail as it was REFUSED by the receiver." That was the entire email. I responded the same day explaining that since I paid for shipping, they should take care of the shipping problem and I didn't refuse delivery since the item was never delivered. (I do have the envelope the Post Office left asking for $8.11 to deliver the item.) No one responded. I emailed them on 10/21, 10/27 and 11/27 and have been ignored. I tried contacting Ms. ********* twice on ******* asking for help but received no answer. At this point I would be fine with the completion of my order or a refund of the original $36.
