We scan existing buildings with LiDAR and drone capture, then produce as-built drawings, ADU and garage conversion ADU plans, construction documents and 3D renderings. Every project starts from measured existing conditions, so drawings match what is actually built. We work with architects, designers, design-build firms, contractors, developers and homeowners.
