Hi There My name is *******************************. I have been a tenant at the property located at *********************** for over 5 years.On 8/26/2022 at approximately 2 am a huge chunk of ceiling collapsed out of nowhere not only destroying hundreds of thousands in property which Ive had assessed by a well known third party appraiser but also exposing me, a person legally labeled mentally disabled by the government, to the toxic particles underneath the ceiling plaster of a building in the area of 80 years in age.Upon calling the property manager, ***********************, she literally hung up and the landlord immediately hired a lawyer. Very suspicious.Needless to say, absolutely nothing was done and i was left to linger in these toxic particles for weeks. About two weeks later, yet another huge chunk of ceiling collapsed destroying even more of my personal belongings and leaving me fearing for my life. They tried to force me to let them cover the huge areas of collapsed ceiling without even getting the structure assessed by a city certified engineer. When I refused, *** tried intimidating me with the Glendale PD and produced an emailed copy from a supposed certified inspector that the structure was fine I have everything saved and I called the city and they never heard of these people. Since then they have spent the last 8-9 months both trying to intimidate and harass me along with this cheap eviction lawyer whos status I question. Now they have open code violations, have not provided a safe living environment and broke numerous federal and state laws of abuse of a person with mental illness. And nothing has been fixed as of today and they are claiming I owe them money when its actually the complete opposite. And using cheap legal tactics does not provide a ticket to violate both state and federal law. I will gladly do interviews as well as provide hundreds of documents and sworn affidavits from witnesses as to the truth of all these claims should it be required. Regards ****
