            I purchased an iron door on 3/28/2023 for ********. I paid half of the total price *****. The seller said I had to give half of the money so they can order the door. The Seller said it will take about 2-3 months for the order to arrive. It's been 13 months and they haven't install my door yet. Everytime I called they said the order is in the port and all types of excuses. I finally requested my money back on 03/13/2024. Called multiple times to request speak to the manager or someone incharge of refunds because I'm not hearing from them. They always said no one is available or call back another day. I also send multiples emails to them, they said will take 30 days, but no refund yet. I attempted again to speak to someone via phone and emails but no one seems to care about my request for a refund. Please all I'm asking is for my money back.Thank you

            SCAMMERS!!! This company is a Scam!!! Do not buy doors from them. I ordered doors a year ago and placed a deposit and this company has random fake stories about where my doors are all lies! They are now giving me the run around on my deposit back after they said they would refund it after I filled out a refund form over 30 days ago. Wish I could give this company a ZERO stars they don't deserve any. Worst services all liars on their team I am going after them with the better business bureau next. The I have emails with ****, ****** and **** who I believe is the owner. Just a terrible business go somewhere else! Don't waste your time with these criminals! These are crooks!!!
