    "Repairs: 4 stars - they did a fine job fixing our car and they didnt take too long for the repair either, so we were happy that they didnt have delays and parts came in a timely manner - they also let us check the car at pickup and did minor alignments we asked for Responsiveness: 2 stars - you basically need to do all the outreach and follow up because they will tell you that theyd call back each time, but they never would - this happened on multiple occasions from trying to get in touch with the mechanic to trying to pick up the repaired car, etc.Service: 3 stars - they kindly charged and cleaned our car interior and exterior (it was an acceptable clean) BUT - they lost a number of items in our car - our weatherproof mats and other miscellaneous personal items." ...
