On July 10, 2023, I made an online purchase through stealth angel survivals website for a solar power bank. On July 17, 2023, I received the item. After opening the package, I decided I was not satisfied with the item and immediately tried to contact South angel survival at the number, provided on their website, **************) to request a refund and request instructions for returning the item. Based on their website, they provide 24/7 customer support as well as a guaranteed refund policy. Over the course of the last few days, I have made several attempts to call them, but no one picks up and youre asked to leave a voicemail or contact them through email. I have left several voicemails without any response, I have also sent several email request without any response. I would like for them to provide instructions for returning the item and refunding my purchase amount of $32.92.Business Response

THIS company shorted me 3/4 of my items that I'm missing. I called the lady at stealth angels and she hung up on me said nothing was missing . Most the order was missing or damaged. In January I ordered a sleeping bag, but within 5 minutes, changed my mind and sent an email requesting cancellation. I also left several messages on their voice mail - there was absolutely no customer service. The business claimed that it would reply within 24 hours but I heard nothing for 2 days, until an email telling me it had been shipped. I sent an email asking for a return authorization and I have heard nothing since. This business is a scam, stay away!Business Response

I paid $56.85 to Stealth Angel Survival. I purchased a compact stove from on November 27. It was going to be a Christmas gift for my dad. When I received the package, I immediately opened it to inspect it. Once I put it together, I noticed that there was a piece of metal that should have had a notch in it so that the pieces could go together and allow the pot to sit evenly. I immediately sent them an email to let them know. It was a Saturday, and I read they would get back to me on a weekday-that's fine! They responded on Monday, asked for my name and order number. I let them know. They asked for pictures, and I sent them the same day. Then nothing. I followed up with them 3 days after I sent the pictures and still didn't hear anything from them. I followed up 3 more days later through their website. From there, I got an email asking for my name and order number. I sent that and then received an email asking how they could help me, even though the issue to be resolved was already stated on their website and in the email thread. I informed them of the issue yet again. The response from them to the last communication was a forwarded email including tracking information telling me that my original order had been delivered. I let them know that the delivery of my order was not the issue, but that the product I received was not made properly. I haven't heard back from them. I called the number they have on their website and was sent to a voice messaging system. I haven't heard anything from them via phone either.My order number is ******Business Response

October 8th 2022 I made a an order through their website for $175 worth of items. October 21st at 11:47 AM FedEx sends a delivery notification, I was sitting right by the door and heard nothing, so I went out to look at approximately 11:49 AM and there was nothing there. I emailed the company to rectify the matter, to either have FedEx come back and pick up the package from the wrong address they delivered it to, or reship new merchandise or I will be forced to charge this back. The company responded that it was delivered and resent me the same delivery notice from FedEx I already received. I responded to their reply that this is unacceptable, you can't take my $$ and not give me the items I paid for...it has been 5 days and the company has not responded. 7/27/22, placed an order @ 11:42a for $110.39. When I realized I wanted to add on to the order, I went to their "LIVE CHAT" to have that order cancelled (within 2 min). I also called at the time, and was unable to get through to anyone. While I was waiting for a response, I placed a new order $223.40 @ 12:03p. I received a response via chat asking for more information, and I told them I wished to cancel the order, as I had placed another one- then there was no response. I then sent an email at 12:09p stating the same info. At 4:44p, I received a response to my email that my order had shipped. I have called, chatted and emailed numerous times, requesting a prepaid postage slip. It is now 9/28 and I've received the same responses over and over again- that I need to ship the item back and I'll get a refund. I shouldn't have to pay to ship something back that I requested to cancel within 2 min of placing the order. (Within 45 min, utilizing all of the communication options available online.) Today I tried calling and asked for a manager, the gal that answered said she was a manager. (I highly doubt managers are answering the phones), but I asked to speak to someone that would make the exception so I can get my refund, and she hung up on me. I then received an email "attached is your return label"- and it's to some other company with a packing slip to another company. ALL I want is a prepaid postage label to send this back to get a refund. I haven't even opened the box it was shipped in, as I received the other order. I just want to send this one back for a full refund. I wish I'd have reviewed all of the info on this site before placing an order. This has been the WORST service ever. I'd like to communicate with whomever is running this company as well, because this is a disaster. They shouldn't be able to operate if they're treating customers this way.Business Response

This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had with a business. The communication and approach of the company is terrible. I am satisfied however, that after 3 months I was able to get my FULL refund. (They sent a prepaid postage stamp and then deducted the postage from my refund.) I had to send more emails to get the postage refunded. It shouldn't be this hard, and I'd have purchased more items in the future if this wasn't the experience I had. My wife ordered a 50L backpack for me as a gift for work and school. The package was delivered in a timely fashion. But when I had gotten to fire school and attempted to put the pack on my back, the right shoulder strap came undone. I had attempted several times to secure it, but it continued to come apart at the clip. My wife contacted Stealth ***** via email and they requested pictures, so we emailed them pictures and video. This email was sent 09/12, as of this date she has not gotten a response. I myself email them on 09/20 and they requested an order number, which was sent on 09/21. I have not heard from them since. Your help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My wife did respond with the order number as you requested. She also responded to the email requesting proof in which she sent a video and pictures of the damage and you failed to respond to that. Then I myself sent emails which went unanswered.
They have sent a new bag after all this, as far as I'm concerned this matter is over. I will however never recommend this company to anyone. It shouldn't take the *** to get involved in a matter like this.
