      I bought 3 battery chargers for Christmas last year. I only kept one and am only wanting either a replacement or refund for that one. I've emailed the company 4 times and now they are ignoring me. I followed instructions and recharged it every 3 months. Then I needed it a month ago and it didn't worked. I asked for directions or help. They say they have a 100% warranty but wouldn't replace or refund. I gave the other 2 away so don't know if they work, so I'm only interested in the one I have. I would accept either a replacement or a refund for just one. Thank you.

      I can not talk to a person who can fairly resolve this issue. There is either confusion or willful ignorance. I have already sent multiple emails. With the product name,number, as well as my personal information and my issue. I told them the resolution I would like and nothing is happening. I would like to be able to say that this is a good company to deal with but I think I am getting to the point that I have to warn people away from them. I don't want to waste too much time on this. I hope they prove me wrong.

      I order 7 Battery charges on one the flashlight did not work I sent order #'s and pictures which I did not understand bc you cannot tell if a flashlight is or is not working through a pic. But I sent it. I have literally begged and pleaded to get a replacement these are Christmas presents and I cannot get any resolution and even said I was going to file this complaint and give a bad review if they did not rectify this but they have not. I have called and called numerous times and nobody returns my calls. They insist they test every unit before it leaves the warehouse and it could not be broken, and I am not buying that nothing gets by not broken bc this flashlight is broken whether they want to believe it or not. It is one out of seven I have bought can they not take care of replacing this one. You should not have to work this hard to get a broken item replaced that you have already been charged for. People should be warned not to work with a company that would treat their customers so poorly. If you can help me rectify this situation I would appreciate it. If it is not I will have to go to my credit card company and try to get the charge reverse and I'm that case they might reverse the charge for all 7 and I would hate that bc 6 work it is just the 1 that does not. I told them I was disabled and my immune system has been killed off with chemo and biologics and cannot be out in public to mail it back, but if sent a shipping label can pop it in my mailbox to mail it back. Thank You for helping me. My hm phone is ************* the following pictures contain the last communication which was on the 15th and have not been able to get them to communicate with me. But it was always hard.I would like a refund for all seven and be able to keep them. I have had a lot of headaches dealing with this company it has been a lot of time in calls that were not returned waiting all day in anticipation to hear back from them day after day of calls. I have sent email after email countless emails.I have been ignored after sending order #'s pictures everything they have asked for and all I wanted is for them to exchange the one broken unit out of the 7 I bought. Now I feel as though this is a scam company and I am very very angry with them.

      The company is not upholding their return policy as stated on their website. I have already sent my product back and shipping tracking from *** says they received the package but they have stopped replying to my emails about my return. Theyve had my package since 11/13/23 and stated it would take 7-10 business days for my return to be processed. However I have not received anything and their customer service will not reply back to my emails. Their return policy states that if you pay the return shipping on the package then they guarantee a 100% of your money back. They also claim that they are accredited By you guys but that is not true. When I received the package the products it contained where cheaper then what the pictures showed and the back pack was smaller then shown as well. All Im wanting is my money back.

      I want a full refund for the missing items and the false advertisement...... I did not know that the pictures of the survival kits were gonna be missing almost everything and what I did get was completely not woth the money... This place is not answering me back and now said they sent out a replacement but I specifically said I want to be refunded. I should not have to go out of my way to pay and ship anything back at this point...

      I ordered on 10/14/23 a 15-in-1 Heavy-Duty Multi-Function Folding Shovel (Black) Stealth Angel Survival 1. It is supposed to come with a Fire Starter but it did not have that in the package. I emailed today their support and just received the rudest phone call from someone in customer support that basically told me tough luck and hung up on me. I ask for her supervisor and she said she was the supervisor and wanted me to jump through all these hoops to get 1 piece, the fire starter. What a lousy company with lousy customer support. I'd fire this person immediately.

      This is the first time I have ever submitted a complaint against a company. About 2 weeks ago, I emailed Stealth Angel a return request for a recent order. After over a week of not hearing back from the company, I called Stealth Angel and spoke with a representative who said she emailed me back several times but I hadnt received any emails from Stealth Angel for some odd reason. She said she could not help me whatsoever - she couldnt provide instructions over the phone regarding how to return my order and she didnt tell me how to access the return information online. Instead, she was rude and hung up abruptly on me before I even had a chance to say bye. I tried calling back and there was no answer. She returned my call and when I was in the middle of talking, she abruptly hung up on me again before I could finish talking. I tried calling back and it looks like Im blocked. My call will not go through at all. I have remained calm and friendly, and this type of treatment was unwarranted. I messaged Stealth Angel on their ******** page about my experience and requested a supervisor to get in touch with me, but there has been no response after 48 hours. I have since returned the items and let them know, but havent heard back at all and am worried Im not going to be refunded. I have never experienced customer service that is rude and unprofessional such as this. I have ordered from Stealth Angel a couple times and will no longer be ordering any Stealth Angel products from now on after experiencing this. I hope that I will receive a refund for all the items I returned and maybe an apology for the way I was treated.

Other items were also displayed during my moment of ordering, but I did not select other items.Then a page came up showing my order for 2 other items in addition to what I ordered. There was no opportunity to review or change the order. The compass that I did order was $14.95. The amount charged me was $49.80, $4.95 of which was for shipping.       June 12 - In early June of this year, I ordered a Self Defense Stick Pro Retractable for Walking Hiking Stealth Angel Survival - 16 Inches from this vendor (ORDER #******) for which they charged $22.42 to my Paypal account. June 18 - I received a defective product - I extended the stick but it would not retract or collapse into its original size. June 18 - I emailed the vendor immediately explaining the issue and requested a return mailer for the defective product (see attached PDF - SA20230618)June 19 - I received a response from the company telling me to mail the defective stick back to them, and they would refund the amount (see attached PDF - SA20230619)June 24 - I went to the post office, packaged the stick, and spent an additional $8.25 to mail the defective stick back to the vendor. Total spent so far: $30.67 + time...June 28 - I received an email from the vendor, informing me that they had refunded my Paypal account in the amount of $17.47, with no explanation of the discrepance in the total amount. (see attached JPEG - SA20230628a)June 28 - I emailed the vendor pointing out the discrepancy, and requesting that they refund the total of $30.67 (see attached PDF - SA20230628). July 21 - To date, apart from an auto-generated message, I have heard nothing.Resolution: Refund the total amount of $30.67

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Most online businesses I have dealt with immediately refund the full charged amount for a defective item. More importantly, in this particular case, when I requested a return label for the defective item, I was asked to ship the item back to the business, at my expense, which I did. Therefore, I expect a refund of the total amount paid for the defective item ($22.42) + return shipping charges ($8.30) for the defective item = $ *****. I have received a refund of $17.47 to date, so this business still owes me $ 13.25.
