      CR&R `S website states the following, we strive to provide all our customers a hassle-free experience. What it should read is: If you want subpar sustainable waste service, coupled with incompetent customer and supervisory/management support, feel free to pay for our servicesCR&R continues to forget to pick -up one of three trash bins, on a regular basis. I`m beginning to feel discriminated against. I`ve placed several calls to prior incidents about the same issue and yet no calls back from supervisors/managers and no trash pick-*** to correct the issues. This most recent incident took place on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, where my recycle bin was not collected. I have some great RING camera recording to support the trash truck drivers neglecting to collect the appropriate waste/recycle bin. Either the truck driver is color blind and cant identify which waste ***********/she should be collecting, or he/she is contaminating his pickup with the wrong trash (food waste or green waste). Consistently disappointed with CR&R **** services but when you get poor customer service support, false promises, cowardly management practices, and an incompetent work force, you get poor work production. By the way, my recycle trash bin is still curbside awaiting pick-up as promised a multitude of times I`d ask for a supervisor or manager to respond to my inquiry/complaint in support of some compensation or correction to this ongoing issue, but at this point I`m sure it`s a waste of my time.

      THE GREENWASTE PICKUP DRIVER BLOWS THROUGH SO FAST HE DOESN'T GET ALL THE ****** I NEED HIM TO COME BACK BUT I AM ON HOLD NOW FOR OVER 45 MINUTES AND NO REPRESENTATIVE IS ANSWERING THE ****** THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS TO THE COUNTY AND OUR CITY GOVERNMENT.

This customer did contact the **************** team and spoke with an agent on 9/15/22 to discuss the service issues with the organics cart. A driver was sent back to the location and the cart was serviced. Additionally, the route manager for the area is monitoring the service each week to ensure that it is being completed efficiently. CR&R is committed to providing reliable service and appreciates this customer's patience and understanding.

      I've had my home since **** and ip until this past week things have ran pretty smoothly with trash pickup. This week however has been a nightmare with the representatives and even a supervisor by the name of ****** X2412. They are very robotic in their responses and they all point the finger at the first employee that comes to mind. Dispatch, truck driver, the weather and it goes on and on. This past Monday was a holiday so Tuesday would be the next day. I called Tuesday thru Fri and got the same answer it's been sent to dispatch and will be picked up by 6. Each day I called and was told the same thing. Asked for a Supervisor twice finally spoke with ****** this morning and again at 3pm he also swore that it was being picked today for sure. I asked what would happen if it wasn't picked up and my answer was Monday. I've had trash in a bin for a week not to mention the trash accumulated all this week. Very disturbing how I have to stay on a messup on their part and It's now 7:15pm and I'm sure every employee I spoke with is now enjoying happy hour and not having a second thought about the customer service I pay for.If customer service wants to investigate further please call me. ************

      Per BBB guidelines, CR&R is responding to this customer review:After review, a route manager went to the location to investigate the service issues. All waste was collected. The account was monitored for 6 weeks to ensure that all collection was completed in a timely and efficient manner. No further issues have been reported. This matter has been resolved.

      setup trash service but they did not give me trash cans. called them dozens of times they dont pick up and never call back. terrible company.

      CR&R reached out and spoke with the customer in an effort to resolve their concerns. The resolution was reached that the cart delivery will occur on 9/10/22.
