I purchased a 2010 black *** on 07/28/2022 from Euro Zone Auto LLC in *******, **. I paid the car off in full for $18,079.48. I did NOT finance the car. I signed a contract and paid with a cashiers check. I was given a used Vehicle Dealer Notice/Temporary Identification slip from the dealer. Which has all my information and the dealer's number and salespersons number. At the time or purchasing it, I was told they do all the *** paper in house and that I should receive in the title in the mail. I also got insurance on the car the same day after leaving the dealership. A few weeks after my purchase I never received anything from regarding the title. I called their business phone number, and their number was no longer working. I also drove up to the lot where I purchased the car, and they were no longer there. There was a completely different car dealer. I asked the new dealers if they knew how to contact them and was told they disappeared and that other previous customers were looking for them as well. I also went to the *** to get the title changed into my name. The *** told me the title was changed but not into my name. I then researched Euro Auto Zone on the BBB website and saw other complaints similar to mine. On 02/02/2023 My car was towed by some unknown people/person while it was parked outside of my apartment. I called the local police to see if they possibly towed it and they have not. I also contacted local tow companies` and was told they do not have the car. There is no record at all that they have towed my vehicle. I did not owe any payments. I had my personal information such as a birth certificate and social in the car when I was stolen. I am sure there doing a shady business by the research and complaints listed on the BBB website. Other customers reported fraud/scam as well from EURO AUTO ZONE. I have a STRONG belief they sold me the car and purposely did not change the title into my name just to steal it back and resell it. I filed multiple reports.
