General Service & Exchange Policy

Office Seating (Chairs and Stools):

1-Year Free Service: We offer free service and repairs on all office seating for a year from the purchase date, whether new or used.
1-Year Exchange Program: If your office chair isn’t fitting your needs, we'll exchange it within the first year, no questions asked.

Desks and Workstations:

New Furniture: Enjoy a 5-year warranty covering defects and workmanship, with free replacement or repair. Returns are accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

Used Furniture: Our 2-year warranty covers defects and workmanship. Returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

File Cabinets and Storage:

New Furniture: Covered under a 5-year warranty for manufacturing defects, with repairs or replacement. Returns are accepted within 30 days if unused.

Used Furniture: A 1-year warranty covers defects and workmanship. Returns are accepted within 14 days in original condition.
Additional Policies

Delivery & Installation: Our delivery and installation services include an initial walkthrough to ensure everything is set up to your satisfaction.
