- Return or exchange for any reason and at any time, with the exception of the nose guard. Due to health concerns there are no returns or exchanges for the nose guard.
Refund: We will credit your charge card account for the price of the returned item. (No restocking fee to you) Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Exchange: We will send your new selection out with no additional shipping charge. You will need to pay the return shipping charge to us and we will pay the shipping charge back to you.
