      To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a formal complaint against ASAP Tickets (International Travel Network) due to their failure to honor my specific cancellation request, the improper handling of my refund, and poor customer service.On February 6, 2025, I purchased three airline tickets through ASAP Tickets, totaling $3,849.87. On June 3, 2025, I contacted ASAP Tickets to cancel only one of those tickets. *************** had already processed the cancellation for that single ticket on their end. However, ASAP Tickets did not respond to my cancellation request for several weeks until I followed up multiple times via email.Instead of processing the cancellation for just the one ticket as intended, ASAP Tickets canceled all three tickets without my authorization. Then, on July 25, 2025, they issued a partial refund of only $2,976.46 which does not even cover the full amount I paid. I am now left without any valid tickets and missing $873.41 of my original payment.I also called ASAP Tickets to resolve the issue. During the call, the representative failed to provide any resolution and then abruptly hung up on me, which was both unprofessional and unacceptable.I am requesting:1.A full explanation as to why all three tickets were canceled.2.A refund of the remaining $873.41 owed to me.3.Accountability for the mishandling of my cancellation and the extremely poor customer service.This has caused significant stress and financial loss. I am requesting BBBs assistance in resolving this issue fairly and promptly

      I will never recommend this company. They didnt advise me when I was changing my departure date my luggage allowances had change. Note the reason I was leaving sooner then plan was due to my health. When I arrived at the airport that was the time I found out I had to pay for my 3rd luggage. Since I didnt have a bank account or ATM in the country I was visiting it turned out to be a disaster. This was my first visit to the country. You have to do a lot to get an account there. My husband chip in his card was damaged, but they do a lot of money transfers. The airport didnt take money transfers. My knee was so swollen. I got out of line called Asasp Tickets. Representative ******* stated she saw the problem, but unfortunately I will have to pay for the luggage. She advised me to keep the receipt, submit and they will process a refund. Since my husband and I didnt have a way to pay, my husband asked a kind stranger if we transferred the money to him could we use his card. He said yes. I was not left with a lot of option. Leave my luggage or miss my flight. I paid $443,990 NGN, which is $288 USD. After 10 days of investigation they found out it was their fault. To make a long story short Asap tickets has been trying to negotiate with me to take one of their vouchers. I explained to them in several emails I need a check issue to me and the reason why. I didnt want to give person who card we used my money. My husband gave him extra for his kindness.Finally, when I got them to read my request. Now it is my fault. I volunteered to change my ticket. Since I dont want their voucher I will have to wait 3 to 6 months to get my money. They will charge $30 or 4%. It will be taken from my refund. I promise God I have never heard such craziness in my life. You admit it was your fault, but they are still trying to punish and stress me if I did something wrong. Everyone use them if you like, but please be careful. They have a lot tricks they play.

      They pressure you into buying their tickets, telling you the deals are all short-lived, and they don't even know what they're doing. I called them because the agent from ******* the Traveler didn't get back to me in time, and I was panicking because it was a last-minute ticket, and ended up paying about 160 dollars more for a ticket that had like 14 hours more travel time to get to the same place. Didn't find out what the ******* agent had till the next day, but it would have been worth it to wait. Gonna have to use ******* the Traveler next time.

      ****** T spent a lot of time with us to find flight that fit our travel itinerary at a discounted price and to assure us of the validity of the tickets and the top lelvel service we would be receiving. He was super patient and had a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend him for your international travel plans.

      I bought a ticket on the 19 of July. The flight was for July 19 to 27 of July. When my son called me and tell it said August 27 returning to *****, I called ASAP and tell them they enter the wrong return date. He told me that I've to pay a change fee ,so I told him you made a mistake and why should I pay for your mistake. So it gets escalated on the same semi email estate.They will do a twenty four hour investigation to see who's a file and I got a ************* in the day they made a mistake and I don't have to pay for anything. Then I got a next email for upper management.I got an email statement that I have to pay the difference.Because I by purchasing the ticket so I am a fault as well. It's hard to contact ****** and I left my phone number so Hunter can call me. My kids flights are tomorrow and no contact from Hunter
