      I booked my flight on May 20, 2025 for Manila…flight is for November BUT THE POINT IS I PAID FOR THIS FLIGHT AND STILL DO NOT HAVE THE AISLE AND LEG ROOM SEAT THAT I WAS REASSURED I WILL GET; I paid 2,400 dollars. My wife booked her ticket with Philippine Airlines for 2,200 dollars with an aisle and leg room, she done this on July 3, 2025 in 30 minutes time!
      Meanwhile, I still DO NOT HAVE A SEAT NUMBER!

      Subject: Strong Complaint Regarding Misleading Practices



      I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with ASAP services. The ticket prices sold by their company are unreasonably inflated, and the insurance provided has proven to be completely ineffective and misleading. Additionally, the car rental arrangement offered was not honored and appears to be a fraudulent deed.

      This experience has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. It is unacceptable for any business—especially one in the travel industry—to operate in such a deceptive and unethical manner. I believe their company’s practices are dishonest and reflect poorly on the integrity of their organization.

      I demand a full explanation and refund for the expenses incurred, including the faulty insurance and invalid car rental charges.

      Malawi is the best , she's helped me for 3 hrs to book n pay when my cards wouldn't work.. ,WOW it's embarrassing to me but she helped me I was n tears almost ,,many times out of country stranded she's helped me GOD BLESS U ,, WISH I WAS RICH TO TIP U BETTER ,TY SO MUCH MARK B

      For the last few hours, I have been trying to calm myself down, but no, this experience with ASAPTickets is really traumatizing. Evern since I received their email regarding itinerary changes, I have been stressing out and it affected my emotional state at work and I could not even sleep. This is truly frustarting. For context, I booked and paid for 2 passengers for Edmonton to Iloilo and vice versa last June 25, 2025 and I received a message saying there were some itinerary changes last June 27, 2025. When I called the Schedule Change number they provided, that is when the real issue started. I have talked to at least 3 agents and they all said one thing: my ticket is voided and my aunty's ticket is the only one confirmed. Get this, when I checked the airline's website, there in no return ticket for my aunty. I tried to reach out my agent, and she promised to fix this issue. Up to now, there is no update. When they offered various tickets to me, I received at least 10 emails, but now, having this problem, it is hard to reach them. What does not sit right to me is they did not provide reason why my flight got voided when I did not cancel the flight and there is no definite resolution. Also, when I checked my aunty's ticket, the itinerary showing on the airline's website does not match the itineraries we initially booked and paid. My only mistake is I did not double check with the airlines the details provided to me upon receiving my flight confirmation. I have had previous trip with ASAPTicket and it went well, but I guess I trusted too much. I want answers and I want resolutions.
