            I previously ordered from Luvme Hair company without any issues at all. The second time I tried to order my order was cancelled, third time same thing even though I was ordering from the same exact card that I used for the first order. I was advised to use other ways to pay. On the bottom of their website it shows that they accept **** and Mastercard. I am requesting that this company be investigated for steering customers to use specific forms of payment or and/or they are purposely canceling orders that have approved discounts that their website offers and accepts. I am extremely concerned about this company. I contacted my Banks on both of my cards and was told that the company cancelled on their end. They are using a fake story that the purchase was flagged. I have had one of my cards for over 10 years and the other for a year and never ever had any issues placing orders anywhere.             It has not even been 30days and this business is try not to refund my money! So I decided to send them this "Don't even try this with me! Look at the email I responded to you last week as well as TODAY!! Y'ALL WILL NOT CLOSE ANYTHING! I WANT MY MONEY ASAP! I order from Amazon and I have no problem having my friends, Co ******** ****** members to constantly complain about y'all customers services. Y'all had no problem taking my money, so send it back. Lastly I will have all of the to report the business as fraud with the BBB! I SENT PICTURES OF PROOF AND Y'ALL SENT ME THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL! I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE ON JANUARY 8TH **** TO HAVE THOSE WIGS SENT BACK!"
