It has not even been 30days and this business is try not to refund my money! So I decided to send them this "Don't even try this with me! Look at the email I responded to you last week as well as TODAY!! Y'ALL WILL NOT CLOSE ANYTHING! I WANT MY MONEY ASAP! I order from Amazon and I have no problem having my friends, Co ******** ****** members to constantly complain about y'all customers services. Y'all had no problem taking my money, so send it back. Lastly I will have all of the to report the business as fraud with the BBB! I SENT PICTURES OF PROOF AND Y'ALL SENT ME THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL! They sent me an old wig that looks like my 3 year old made it. And didnt do anything but refund me $7.00. They. Have false advertisement. After placing an order for two wigs almost a month ago,off of this website and still haven't received it. I ordered August 30th. My shipment said that it came from Hong Kong to *********** but it ended ** in ***** and I still don't understand after several attempts of reaching them by only email. There was no phone number provided. I still have not gotten my money back and I keep getting the run around

Since February I returned $100 wig, I am still waiting to received my $80 refund. The company has a policy that returns will be changed $20. It is now May and I have not receive my refund,

Hi, I placed an order with this company over a month ago and I have not received the product or a refund of my money. I have sent several emails requesting a refund to no avail. I have put in a claim with Paypal (I paid via Paypal). Hopefully, I will get my money back. I wish I could give a negative star ratinghorrible experience with this company.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I purchased a wig from this company that states 30 day money back guarantee. After sending multiple emails, trying to find a customer service number to call and even trying to reach out via the chat they offer; no luck! No return email, no phone number to call and chat does not have a proper link! They advertised one wig and sent a different one. Paid $132 for this wig, never again. If this review helps save another person from spending money on a promise of money back guarantee, the guarantee is KEEP YOUR MONEY! Go to a local shop, that way you know what you are getting up front.

On February 3rd, 2023, I placed an order for wig. The Oder number is LM3076548 and the cost was $79.90 + $3.90 forShipping = $83.80. My billing and shipping address are correct , also my physical address. I have not received my goods to date. *** made multiple attempts to get my full refund and today Luvmes customer service support emailed me to tell me that I will not get a full refund even though ***** never dropped my order off. My order on *****s website is showing in transit. Luvme Hair in this said email, has flat out lied to me claiming that my address is incorrect and that ***** has destroyed the wig. ***** told me multiple times to contact them because no package was or will ever be delivered until Luvme Hair contacts them. On February 8th, 2023, Luvme Hairs customer support representative emailed me begging me to call ***** before the package would be destroyed by *****. They enclosed a tracking number that was different from the original tracking number and guess what, it is invalid and blank. I called ***** and was told that they have no idea what I was talking about because they too have made several attempts to get in touch with Luvme Hair. This business is very shady. I want my full refund even though I have yet to see a ***** of my money returned to my account.

I've used BBB before for issues and resolutions, hopefully BBB can help now. I purchased (3) wigs from LUVME human hair wigs. What I received was terrible. Nothing compared to what was shown on ad.
