  Constitution of The United States of America, Article 1, Section 8, "To promote the progress of science and useful arts by securing for limited times to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries." A Constitutional Right for all US citizens and the foundation of US Copyright Law. US Copyright Law is then elaborated through Title 17. Duration of copyright is now lifetime of author plus 70 years (previously 90 years). Copyright, literally defined as the right to copy. Midjourney has not asked copyright holders, copyright claimants for their written approval to digitally COPY original image, original worksks, original copywritten content to their computer servers as source material for training machine learning models for use in AI software applications and Generative AI software applications. If a Midjourney customer, subscriber, subscription holder, "free user" or "paid user" enters a prompt request into a ********************** application, such as "make a image of ******** or Batman flying." the Midjourney software application, system does not have to be told who or what ******** or Batman is. Therefore, Midjourney must have digitally copied ******** or Batman visual, images digital content for use in the machine learning model development, machine learning model training process. Second, creating derivative works nearly exactly like, or nearly indistinguishable from original works of a original author, copyright holder without consent is plaguarism. Midjourney is violating US citizens constitutional right, Article 1, Section 8 and participating in illegal tertiary economy where original authors, copyright owners, IP (intellectual property) Claimants are not economically compensated for the digital copying and digital derivatives of their original works.

  I had only subscribed for a few days and had barely used the service.MidJourney has charged me for a year but will not allow me back on their servers.I contacted MidJourney via email/support but have received no reply.

  User subscribed to a yearly plan, but stated they wanted to subscribe to a monthly plan in their inquiry to customer support. Customer support agent did respond and informed them that their access to the system was removed due to the dispute they submitted with their bank. The support agent also mentioned they are unable to assist further once a dispute is created. As directed by the support agent, the customer should cancel the dispute for further assistance by our customer support agents.

  This is regarding Invoice: A592D4EF-0002 Just wanted to share this in case anyone else is using MidJourney and forgot to cancel a subscription.I signed up for MidJourney a year ago, used it for a bit, and then stopped. Apparently, I was on the annual plan (which I dont even remember selecting), and out of nowhere I get hit with a $600 charge to my card no email warning, no your plan is about to renew notice, literally nothing.I contacted support immediately, thinking this was a mistake or at least something that could be reversed since I hadnt used the service at all for many months. But nope they hit me with the classic we have a strict no-refund policy nonsense, just an AI canned *********** let me get this straight they auto-renew a super expensive plan without notifying me, give me zero heads-up to cancel, and then refuse to refund the money even though I havent used the product? Thats predatory and scammy behavior.There only appears to be AI customer service. Youre stuck with a ticket system that feels designed to wear you down, basically just says too bad, its in the terms.Just a heads up if you're thinking of using this service. If youre using MidJourney, double-check your plan status. And if youre thinking of signing up, be warned: they make it easy to get locked in and almost impossible to get your money back.This is the kind of behavior you'd expect from a sketchy app store app.

  We're sorry you're frustrated with your experience. Unfortunately the statements shared in this review are inaccurate. Customer was in fact sent an advanced email notification that the subscription was to be renewed. Further, after contacting support, a human agent responded and issued a FULL REFUND as a one-time courtesy for the Pro Plan annual subscription user was subscribed to.

  The team and management at Midjourney have appointed "Moderators" and "Guides"volunteers who are given the authority to mandate, ban, and block certain content. **********, some of these moderators and guides have banded together like a cult, pushing their biased agendas. These volunteers are clearly on a power trip, deriving a disturbing thrill from their newfound authority. This rogue group of unpaid volunteers is shamelessly banning and suppressing the free speech rights of paying members, simply because they disagree with their viewpoints. Its outrageous that paid members are being silenced and censored by those who are supposed to be neutral and fair. Midjourney needs to address this misuse of power immediately to protect its community and uphold the principles of free expression.

  I've never heard of this company before. They charged my credit card multiple times totalling $759.33 I disputed the charges. With my bank and this company had the nerve to email me and tell me they felt it was a legit charge.

  I bought subscription and face issues whereby ai is generating quite almost same images. I requested for support or stop of membership and refund. Neither one I got, they clearly told me why did you buy 1 year subscription you should have bought a single month only. It is not fair that I lost few months of bad ai generated images. I never recommend MidJourney and be careful when dealing with.
