On September 12 we had AAA fumigate our home, we left our home at 2:00 pm to let the fumigation begin. We waited till they started tenting to take our house keys with us. The fumigation company put a big chain in our front door but nothing was put on our backdoor . Our back door is a Victorian door with glass windows. On Wednesday we were scheduled to return home once our home was cleared to be safe to enter. At 8:00 am ********* ******** my daughter received a call from the owner of the company . He told her your home was broken into while we were fumigating. That his son had noticed it in Tuesday September 23 when he came to open the vents to release some air to our house. Unfortunately it was 6:00 pm and they had a wrong phone number to contact us, which is ridiculous because we had all important numbers with AAA Fume Inc and Ronin Fumigation . The owner added that it was also after working hours so they didnt really insist to contact us. The company began to remove the tent, immediately I checked our backdoor. The backdoor that was never added any sort of extra lock or chain was broken into. Our whole home was upside down and many personal belongings were gone. I told the owner this is very unprofessional that we were not notified and you are just acting like ohh well this happens. I later looked up the company on yelp and the have 3 reviews of the same situation happening to people when they had AAA Fume Inc fumigate their home . We are awaiting fingerprints and there is an ongoing investigation right now with LAPD.
