  I was very happy with the service with American Vision Windows. The windows are great quality. They look beautiful and they did a great installation. All the guys were clean and very respectful Eddy, Louis, M, J Serenao, Manny, Willy, fonso , Eric, thanks for everything. I would recommend if you're looking for windows I would call them. They are reasonable, very polite and did a great job.

  This is the 2nd time I have had American Vision Windows make and install new windows and slider doors in my homes. And each time I would rate them an A++! From designing and ordering with Gina Perin, to the measuring, to the install with Eddie, Brian, Ian, Freddy, J. Serrano, and Manny! Always excellent service, fast precision install, and top notch clean up. Also, as a local Real Estate Agent, I recommend American Vision Windows to my clients. I know they also will be treated like royalty!

  Christian came out to double our window measurements today. He arrived on time and was very efficient. He went over everything that will be happening on installation day. He has a wonderful personality which indicates he enjoys what he’s doing. Laura sent a reminder which was appreciated. Kudos to both!

  Love my new windows and patio door installed in my master bedroom as it's a major improvement from dealing with direct sunlight and a busy traffic street. We got the sunmatrix and sound package on all units which has improved my sleep tremendously from the heat and noise! I couldn't be happier with this investment and plan to do the remainder of my house soon. Great thing is that American Vision is willing to work with me to staging it in portions/budget and with my pace. No pressure and super friendly team, from the start all the way to the polite and professional installation guys that came to my home. Highly recommend AVW and cant wait to use them again soon!

  Just had our final measurement appointment. The team at American Vision Windows has been first rate. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and consistently looks for the most cost-effective ways to approach our project. Christian came out to measure and was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Laura, who scheduled our appointment, was also very friendly and informative. Thank you to AVW for our great experience thus far.

  From the start with a great salesman Mike Crooks. The product and installation was all explained. He gave me a fair price with two years financing. On the day of install, four trucks and 9 guys showed up and knock out the job in 6 hours. 14 windows and a slider. Thanks to the crew - Carlos V., Jose V., Martin, Abel, Cesar L., Alejandro, Benito, Magana, and Alfonso. Once again thanks to my salesman, Mike Crooks.

  Despite the botched installation of my Anlin Del Mar windows and what felt like an endless chain of emails, I wouldn't have chosen another window company, knowing now how things would turn out.

  The Vice President reached out to me personally to resolve the situation. And no, I'm not talking about Vice President Kamala Harris—her laugh would only worsen the experience! VP Chris P**** showed respect, honesty, humility, and understanding throughout our conversation. In about one phone call, Chris was able to resolve the issue while keeping the customer happy. It felt like I was talking to the President of the United States himself, and once again, I’m not talking about "Pedo Joe"—I’m talking about the newly elected president, Donald J. Trump ??????. He provided multiple solutions to fix the issue. I'm now very happy with the outcome and appreciate the sincere efforts of VP Perez. My case turned out to be a rare exception, and I can see that American Vision Windows truly cares about their customers. Even with the experience I had, I would still recommend AVW because now I know they have the customer's best interest at heart.

  American Vision Windows did an AMAZING job. Not only did we receive quality windows but the exceptional serve that the crew provided was incredible and professional. The attention to detail and the overall work from start to finish, shows that AVW and the workers take pride in what they do. Best part, they cleaned up after themselves leaving my house as if no work was done... win win for me. Highly recommend American Vision Windows!!

  We went into contract in October 2022 for 7 Windsor wood windows and to this day (August 2024) the project is still incomplete. We spent over $40K for our windows and the largest one sat in their warehouse for several months waiting for parts to come in. When they finally installed it, it is obvious that the window is defective. It does not align, close or seal properly. They shaved/sanded a lower corner to try to make it close and when it was unsuccessful, they removed the weather strip as if we would not notice. They also drilled holes on the window frame and then removed latches when it would not close. We are now requesting the window to be removed and to order a new window because the minute that it arrived to the warehouse in pieces back in 2023, it should have been sent back to the manufacturer. When you purchase a window from the manufacturer it should be manufactured assembled to honor the guarantee. Not have the installer (American Windows) make alterations to force it to fit.
  We went with Windsor per the recommendation from Jake Harren, the owner's son. When we told him that the workmaship was poor and that the delays were frustrating, his response was that it was a common situation with Wood Windows. I pointed out that we took his recommendation to heart and that is why we purchased them. Overall there's been issues with each window, hardware not working properly, staples showing on the windows (no putty or stain), wrong coil colors, screen colors, etc. The initial installation happened in late May 2023. It was supposed to take 1 day. The last window was installed March 2024. Almost 2 years since our contract was signed, we are still waiting for them to complete the work. No quality control, no follow up on pending items, unless I initiate it. Lack of communication from supervisors. Everyone gives us the run around. They do not provide the service and quality they claim and promise in their advertising.
