    Ovago should be O HELL NO! It is not worth it booking thru this 3rd party site. Call service from India gets horrible reception and dropped calls. You will not get any refund from them. I am now making payments on a cancelled trip- they took $1000 from me and I do not get a penny back. Do yourself a huge favor a steer clear from this service. It is a scam, too good to be true. Be warned. save the trouble and book direct with the airline or a more reputable, established 3rd party site like Expedia or Priceline.

    It was a terrible experience. I booked a trip with Qatar airlines through them first, they said the price was changed while I was in the process of booking. Then, I booked another trip with Air India through them. They charged my card and called me almost 3 hours later to let me know that the price was again changed after I received the confirmation. Now I see a temporary charge on my card for the amount, the agent said that they never charged my account. Upon checking with my bank, they did in fact charge my card and did not return the charge yet. Please do not trust this travel agency. I should have researched more about the company before booking my trip. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

    It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!!!
    We purchased a connected flight ticket from JFK New York to Belgrade, Serbia through Ovago several months ago, with SAS Airlines and Air Serbia. When we checked in at JFK, we asked the agent about our connecting flight, but they couldn't provide any information. After numerous calls to airline agents, we discovered that Air Serbia had made a time change and notified Ovago. However, Ovago removed our flight ticket and failed to inform us. So, it is Ovago's fault, but the agents were not helpful at all. They suggested a new flight 5 days later but we have already arranged our day-offs. Besides that, we could not find a rental car because of the 4th of July eve. During the calls, the Ovago agent said if you go to Copenhagen (layover location) they can arrange a flight ticket 9 days later which is impossible and the most stupid idea because how can I manage 9 days layover? They have just ruined our holiday. No compensation, no solution.
    After a 2-hour phone call with Ovago agents, we received no resolution. They only offered a partial refund, which does not cover our financial and emotional damages. We had to purchase a new ticket ourselves and stay overnight at JFK.

    I was referred to this travel assistance program from a dentist office in Mexico, where I intended to travel (have not traveled in 30 years, not up to date on all the new ways to arrange travel) for some much needed dental work.
    I explained to the agent at Ovao that I am elderly, not tech savvy and needed assistance in this one time only travel I intended. None of the charges they were adding on were explained to me that they were non-refundable until after payment posted and it was way more than I had anticipated. I cancelled the full charge the ticket within 24 hours and disputed charges.
    Beware of the added fees, be sure to ask about non-refundable charges from these folks.
    They definitely took advantage of a senior that is not a seasoned traveler and not tech savvy.
