1 starDONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!! you have been warned. carpet i bought for my 60 buick did not fit to short on both sides. they asked for pictures when i sent them pics of the front where it did not fit they wanted a full size of floor i sent them that then they wanted a pic of floor without carpet. so if you want carpet that doesn't fit go with them terrible c/s. do your self a favor and go with someone else.

To help us resolve the matter, we requested photos of your bare floor pan to determine if it is a stock or modified floor pan. We have not yet received these photos. We want to work with you to find a solution, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in providing the requested information. 1 starThis company is a rip off. They will charge you a 30 percent restocking fee plus you have to pay postage for returns even if the oroduct they send does not fit your car like the floor mats they sent me for my 2008 Ford Escape. Do not buy from this company!

1 starlist a 1992 ford ranger(XLT) 60/40 seat upholstery ! they sent me covers for 1985--1990 . they said they didn't make my year style in high back! all 1992 (XLT) are high back. now what me to pay 30% restock and shipping fee for false advertising !

According to our records and the image and description on our website, the seat upholstery you ordered does not match your vehicle. There are multiple patterns available for your specific vehicle, and our manufacturer does not produce the pattern that fits your car. This is why you experienced fitment issues.

1 starSales and delivery process was fine. Carpet for a restoMod was not delivered as promised but that was a minor concern of mine at the time. As always, the carpet needed to be trimmed to fit. The process of cutting the carpet (with new carpet shears) caused synthetic pad fibers and dust in high concentrations to go airborne. I had installed a similar synthetic fibre, heat and fire pad over the entire floor and firewall several months before without any incident. Spent four days trying to ventilate my garage and shop after installing OAC carpet with no luck. OAC was initially concerned and advised that I not attempt to blow these fibers out of my workspace as they would go airborne. Obviously this concerned them. So I stopped. Cannot use my work area unless I empty the entire space and wash everything down outside. The contamination stays airborne easily and gave me symptoms of pneumonia. Heavy concentration of synthetic fibers and dust are everywhere and I cannot enter my garage without aspirating this contaminant in nose, throat, lungs and eyes. Feels like fiberglass. It sticks to clothing and all surfaces immediately and causes irritation against the skin. OACarpets denies any responsibility, and while I have not asked for my money back, they refuse to give me technical guidance on how to decontaminate my garage. Finally, I asked for MSDS for components and or product and they have so far ignored this request. I suspect that this may simply be a bad lot, perhaps poorly encapsulated pad during manufacturing but OACarpets refuse to provide the most basic safety information so I can safely clean up the contamination.....nor can I nor anyone use the space. Too bad. Simple request for help, but OACarpets may be so afraid of taking accountability that they refuse to provide technical guidance. I will NEVER use them again.....yet they can fix this so easily.....not with money, but a little humility on honest accountability.

Our team has spent time advising you on how to remove any loose fibers, but you've continued to experience issues. The problem is that you used a high-pressure method to try and blow off the fibers, which caused them to become airborne instead of simply vacuuming the carpet kit.
Our manufacturer has been in business for over 45 years and supplies approximately 95% of online dealers. We have never had a customer report the issue you are experiencing. Please keep in mind that you purchased a carpet, and some shedding is normal and can be vacuumed.
Regarding the MSDS sheet, we are not the manufacturer. However, we have submitted a request to them and will forward the sheet to you via email as soon as we receive it.

Here is a follow up to your request for a MSDS sheet. The loop 500 series carpet does not have a Safety Date Sheet (SDS), formerly known as an MSDS. SDS documents are required by OSHA for hazardous chemicals, but a solid, inert product like carpet is not considered hazardous under normal conditions of use.Review fromDUSK S

2 starsOrdered a rubber floor liner for my truck. Shipped within a week.
Doesn't fit and is just loose and sloppy. When I tried to return I was told I be charged a 30% restocking fee. Better to throw it away and warn others.

1 starTerrible company to deal with. I ordered a pair of sun visors, black, nonperforated, no mirror. They say that they're vinyl. Great, simple. They show up after weeks of being ordered, and yea they're black vinyl, but a vinyl record, lines and all. There are NO cars from the 60s or 70s with an interior that matches this garbage, unless it's a boat. And like others, when I call, they have no other materials, and I can return it but at a 30% restocking fee and a loss of the cost of shipping, which I paid for BOTH ways but don't get any of it back. Do not deal with these people.

1 starSo I purchased a headliner, for one of my vehicles, from OC Auto Carpets and they sent me the wrong color. I ordered graphite gray headliner and what I got was a light gray headliner. I then contacted them about the issue and they were certain that what they sent me was the correct color. On their website, it said graphite, not lite graphite, not dark graphite, just graphite. The pictures they provide are a completely different color and really is false advertisement if you think about it. And when I asked to exchange it, they denied me and said it can only be returned and that I have to pay $100 dollars for shipping and a 30% restock fee. I would not recommend buying any headliner from this company.

1 starI ordered a floor liner that didn’t fit. I messaged them with pictures and they said that they could not do anything as the carpet had been altered. I asked why they needed the make and model of the vehicle if they were just going to send me a rectangle piece of material that I could go to a hardware store and get! No response. I would rate them as a 0 and not recommend to anyone!

I'm sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your vinyl mat. Just to make sure we're on the same page about what our vinyl mats supposed to look like, allow me to provide some insight as to the differences between OEM and aftermarket kits. OEM vinyl mats are what came in the vehicle originally and are only produced by the original dealership at a much more expensive cost. Aftermarket vinyl mats, like what we sell, are molded to fit the floor pan of the vehicle, but all cuts, holes, and trimming are left up to the installer in order to ensure a perfect fit. 1 starI bought all new carpets for my 71 Corvette & paid for 2 day shipping. I was on the phone with someone in the order department on a Wednesday & asked them if I paid for 2 day shipping, would I get it for sure on Friday. They said the carpets are made to order but can be made really quickly & get them out on time. I paid a ridiculous $145 for 2 day shipping because my car was in the shop & they needed to finish installing the carpet, so I could get my car back. They didn't ship it on time & it didn't come until late on Monday. Cust serv said it's my fault I didn't order it earlier & they won't do anything to help. The next issue, is the carpets weren't cut correctly & doesn't fit properly. The passenger side is short ¾" & sticks out under my center console. It looks HORRIBLE on my beautiful interior. They again say it's my fault & they won't do anything about it. Won't even send me the front passenger replacement because holes were cut for the seat bolts. They did say they'd give me $10 off if I paid for a new one. This company is the worst I've ever dealt with & will never get any more business from me or anyone I can tell about they aren't willing to help in any way! Ridiculously frustrating!

Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned previously, our manufacturer indicated that during installation, the carpet appears to have been pulled too tightly towards the door. This likely occurred when the center console was being re-installed. Unfortunately, because the carpet has been installed, the manufacturer advises that the warranty is now void, and they are unable to offer further assistance in this matter. Had you contacted up prior to installing the product, we would have been able to address any fitment issues.
Regarding your concerns about the shipping time, I want to clarify the details of your order. It was placed on April 23rd at 1:51 PM EST and production began shortly after at 4:25 PM EST. The manufacturing plant shipped your order the following morning, April 24th, at 8:47 AM EST, demonstrating a quick turnaround as these are made to order products. While our standard two-day shipping typically would have meant arrival on April 26th, Saturday delivery with FedEx is not guaranteed and depends on various factors. Therefore, the arrival on the next business day was consistent with the two-day shipping service purchased.
