I waited close to 9 years to write this review. I had two warehouses and both of them were located a 2698 Junipero which is managed by these guys. I had Suite 108 & 111. I'm going to name names so forgive the harshness. When dealing with PS B Parks you'll deal with Shelly Luce who comes across very sweet and will promise you the world. Once you sign, everything promised, magically disappears and she'll stop taking phone calls and responding to emails. (TIP: If you sign GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.) Her colleagues know and have acknowledged her lack of professionalism on many occasions. Sandra Whitcher is in charge of the location and has been as helpful as she could be, but definitely keeps you hanging for a lot of issues. They don't do anything for you as the tenant. You are responsible for repairing and replacing everything. As a courtesy they'll send out the nicest maintenance man Mario but he too has his hands tied and is only there to do extremely minor things. I had my AC Unit brake and it collapsed in my bathroom. This was their unit and it broke and they tried to hold me responsible for it. Sandra said that Alva has to approve anything. Alva came in with tons of attitude (this is how she always was on many occasions) stating that it's in my contract that it's my responsibility and that anything she may or may not do is her doing me a favor. Her attitude has always been so horrible that I once actually kicked her out of my studio. (I'm a photographer) PS Business Parks is a publicly traded company and I was told by Mark that they only care about their bottom financial line. I was actually told when I threatened litigation against them, that they would go to court any day of the week and it'll cost me a fortune, that I would go bankrupt before they blinked an eye. Even if they were in the wrong (which was admitted to me) long story short. I waited for 9 years to write this because I was afraid of retribution. They are a heartless, unethical company and I am so glad to be done leasing with them. I made friends with many of the tenants (who were my neighbors) some of whom are still there. They're all unhappy and stuck. Be warned there are many other Management companies you can deal with. I'm no longer bitter but I am sharing my personal experience for close to a decade of doing business with them.
