      I have paid 6 payments of $148.83 to Lending USA since January 26th, 2024. I called them because nothing had changed on my credit report and was told that my account had been sold to ***************** Systems in January 2024 without notice. My payments have not been sent to ********* or applied to my account. I have been given the run around trying to figure out where my money is. I would like a refund so that i can personally send the money where it needs to go.

      Hello, I am writing this complaint about LendingUSA. I have had a loan with them since September 2023. I have made all my payments on time through my checking account with Bank of ******. However, I stopped using my checking account with BOH in November of 2023. So in November I logged into my LendingUSA portal and took my Bank of ****** account off as a payment method. This account was somehow still charged in December for Decembers payment resulting in an overdraft fee of $30. I had to transfer money in order to get the account out of the negative and pay the overdraft fee. I then called customer service and spoke to a representative explaining my confusion on how they still had access and the representative assured me that he changed the account manually with my ********** information that I provided over the phone. The wrong bank account was charged again in January of **** resulting in another overdraft fee of $30. I wrote a request for a refund of $60, due to the overdraft fees, to LendingUSAs customer service email. I received a quick response from a gentleman named ********************************************* asking for proof of the overdraft fees in the form of screenshots. I sent the following screenshots that I have also provided here in my complaint. Two are showing the overdraft from December 2023 and January ************************************************************************ payment methods. This email exchange was on January 19th. I have received one follow up email from ************ on February 3rd stating that they are still working on it. I am writing this complaint on February 8th **** because of delay in a solution. It has been about 3 weeks since my initial email and I am weary of doing business with a company who keeps bank information even after it is deleted and new accounts are provided. I have done the necessary steps to delete access to my account, online and manually over the phone. Why is it still getting charged? My goal is a refund of $60. Thank you.

      I have Autopay set-up that pays my account every month to LendingUSA. I received a letter that told me my account was past due as well as Do not Pay, Thank you for your automatic payment. I was confused so I called the phone number on the statement which was **************. An automated voice answered the phone and then hung up. I did this several times and then I googled LendingUSA and called another number ************ and spoke to *******, identifying employee number *******. She then told me that the 855 number never takes calls. I then told **************** wanted to pay off my loan. She pulled up the wrong account and repeated another persons bank account number before realizing she made a mistake. Then I corrected her and she told me their systems could not take my payment at this time????? This just happened between 10:30am and 10:40am EST on Wednesday, February 7th. I believe something fishy is going on here and would like someone to look into this company,

      Double billed on 11/2/23 Called day I was double billed asking for a refund and was told that it would happen. Called multiple times and sent multiple emails and was told it was processed on 11/27/23 and to wait another ***** business days. I am now +20 business days and still havent received any refund. Last call someone told me to contact my bank and the bank said they havent received anything from them. I have been struggling for two months now because of this issue.

      On October 1,2023 my back sent a check of $8737.00 to Lending USA at the ** BOX ***** ************, ** address. The check was cashed on October 11th. I have not had the funds applied to my FreshStart account *******. I know the check was sent to the wrong address and have been on the line with customer service staff several times over the last few months trying to get these funds applied to my account or at lease refunded back to my back to reissue the funds to the correct address. I have finally made contact with a representative from Lending USA after FreshStart told me that they cannot do anything for me and left it at that. The Lending USA representative informed me they found the money and were having it transferred to my FreshStart account. The issue is now that has supposedly been transferred but the funds have not been applied and FreshStart still does not see any money. The Lending USA representative informs me that FreshStart is going through a system change and cannot have the funds applied to my account. I have made two extra payments with this payoff amount and am about to make a thrid extra payment next week. I need a solution that is guanteed. I have ran out of patients with all of the customer service represenatives with ********************** and FreshStart.

      A representative call me to inform me about my first payment she told me I was on a promotional program to receive money back and paid in full. I paid the account off right then and there. When I called lending USA the representative initially told me that I was do a refund for paying it off early then the manager came in on the line and told me that that was incorrect. I read my contract and it did advise that me being on the no interest on principal option promotion entitled me to some type of refund of my interest being returned to me. On that phone call a manager interjected and advised that I'm not *********** that refund. I even called Petland where I got approved at to finance a dog and they told me I supposed to receive the interest back is in my contract

      My credit report contains a false LENDINGUSA discrepancy that needs to be removed. I sent them letters demonstrating errors on my credit report, and I have receipt numbers **** **** **** **** **** 12. I wrote them a letter on 09-18-2023, but I never heard back, and this account is harming my credit rating. If they don't reply, I'll launch a lawsuit.

      I bought a puppy at Petland in ************ ** , I finance it and told the store I only wanted to apply to one card for the loan. So the petland commenitu account was approved and loan for the dog was approved through that account. Since then Im getting threats harrassment letters and threats from lending USA for referral on documentation on a loan that I did not request. I did not use them . I did not ask to apply through them. The store should have cancelled all documents that were not applicable to the transaction on purchasing this loan through commenity bank. This lending USA company is a fraud. This complaint is against ******************** and Lending USA

      from 11-25-2019 -6-14-23 i paid a total of $20,952.94 ***************************, @********************.com ************/ ************. for the purpose of consoldating my credit cards, however i was served a court sumons from one of the credtors that he was to have handled, upon calling him i couldnt get a hold of him, then when he did call me back he said there was no need to go to court it had been handled. this was not the case in fact two of the creditors were not paid, then some how my account was handed over to lending USA to a ***************** , cross river bank, fresh start loan. 2-28-2023 ive been paying $422 .16 on 14th of every month since March 2023 to present. Now my wages are being garnished for the debtors that was was suppose to be handle by all of the above. and i have tried contacting lending USA and again no response, and i am unable to speak with anybody about the situation at hand. this is bad business ive honor my contract and none of the parties above honored theirs and gave me no statements ,answers, just false answers. ive also made a report to ftc.

      On february 03 2023 we cancelled a contract with coast one financial group, and same date we call lending usa to explain why we cancelled the contract, I spoke with ********************************* from lending usa, explaining everything and she mentioned to me it is fine, but I had to confirm with ******************* at ********************** so he can know about it. They already know since that date we cancelled and now they are affecting my credit, and yesterday 6/20/23 ********************************* called me from lending usa and I explained everything again and she said that would send an email to **** the manager and she asked me to call him too to confirm the information, but when I spoke with him he told me that he isn't the manager and he mentioned that he don't know who is the manager there, then I ask him don't you work there? and he keep saying you are calling to the wrong person.They already know everything and they are affecting my credit for no reason, is not fare that they want to charge me for a service that I never received from them.I will greatly appreciate your help solving this problem.Thank you
