    This company Advanced Data Solutions got similar complaints on BBB and needs legal action, they are in business of scam by sending unauthorized shipment of printer toner . They will call reception line and dupe/scam employee of false claims and make them reveal your printer/toner details and send unauthorized toner and late will send unauthorized invoices. Our business employee fall prey to their scam however we immediately return the unauthorized shipment sent to our ************* will be also filing complaint against this company with **************** ********* for fraudulent business practices so other business do not fall prey to this scam.

    I experienced the same situation with our office. They spoke with my manager "claiming" to be our printer supply company and asked if we needed any toner. We happen to need toner so they shipped it out. However they are not our toner supplier. They are sending me an open invoice claiming it needs paid. Happy to ship them the toner back but I'm not giving them one dollar. Stop wasting peoples time Advanced Data Solutions! Total scam.

    These are the toner pirates you've heard about! They used very deceptive practices to convince us that they were connected to our copier lease. Then they started sending us ridiculous invoices for thousands of dollars and toner that we didn't even order. Then they tried to basically bribe us into spending the company's money to pay them by offering gift cards to our employees personally. I ended up complaining to the attorney general and the manager from Advanced Data Solutions couldn't apologize enough or send me a full refund fast enough. The fact that he reversed everything so fast tells me that they have a lot of complaints pending and he just wanted mine to go away.

    This company called our office and convinced our receptionist that we have an account with them and we order all of our supplies from them, now we received an invoice from a company who we have never done business with for a toner we did not order or ask for. I called the number on the packing slip and the person on the phone (customer service) gave a different number to cancel our membership that we don't have. I had to leave a message and I'm still waiting for a return call.

    Called stating they were calling from our copy machine company and spoke to someone who has no authority to order supplies. Said we needed more toner and shipped ** a toner for $498 and we realized this a month later when we received the bill. Our toner is covered in the service contract we have with our current company. When we called they said they would send return tracking tag, never came and now the call center has used the item unknowingly. TERRIBLE!!!!!

    A member of this company randomly called ** in April of 2023. They stated that they were affiliated with Kyocera who normally sends out our cartridges and that they would be taking over the shipping of toner for them. They then immediately asked for a shipping address and a PO number (or name of an individual) to track this shipment of toner they are so generously sending for you on behalf of whatever company you normally get your shipments from. They end the call and a few days later you end up with an extra toner cartridge you never asked for and a $700 invoice for something that should have been no more than $150.I'm actually really curious about how profitable this business practice is for them. They are taking the risk of sending out ~$100 toner to people at a cost and expecting to get paid back 7x the price. I don't think most are actually doing so...

    Got a random call from this company and said they were affilitated with our corporate office to help with printer supplies and a branch of Konica Minolta. I got 1 BLACK TONER CARTRIDGE, 1! The invoice was for $398.00! They are a scam, run away as fast as you can.

    Advanced Data Solutions in ******* Oaks ********** called our office, unsolicited, and asked for our Assistants name and our billing address, very clever, then proceeded to send ** ink that we did not order, did not need and was not even the type of ink we use (while we have full stock of the ink we actually use and purchase on our own). After receiving an invoice for over $500, we investigated to find that they sent us ink, that nobody ordered, then billed us using our address and assistants name. We will not be paying for this fradulent ink order and will make sure to let all businesses we work with know about the shady tactics of this company! I'd never do business with this company willingly. I emailed this company to let them know of this issue and this fradulent invoice and to inform them that we will not be paying for this unauthorized purchase and they are welcome to have the ink they sent without permission picked up. Otherwise I consider this a gift from their company to encourage us to purchase from them, which we will absolutley not be doing. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

    This company called unsolicited in October 2022, stating that we were already opted into a program that would allow us to continue to get toner from them at a discounted rate. Once the toner arrived it was not the correct toner for our printer, and cost more than twice what we could get it for from Office Depot. Repeated calls to the company resulted in either continual ringing with no answer or the line disconnecting after just a couple rings. When the company reached back out to us to see how many boxes of toner we would like for our next shipment, they were informed that they sent the wrong toner in the first place, that their prices were grossly inflated, and we wished to terminate our dealings with them, as well as get a refund for the incorrect product we received. We were then informed that all they could do was push our complaint to another department, and their policy is to not give refunds, but to just replace the product with the correct one, at the same incredibly inflated pricing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- IT IS A SCAM AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK
