1 star1 STAR only to leave this review...Scammers are continually trying to get $3 off of my card for nothing. I don't have any subscription with them. They are scammers! Every 2 DAYS there is a pending $3 charge from these weirdo foreign scammers. I had a subscription for literally 15 MINUTES and then cancelled when I did not immediately receive a cash back promise after a purchase I did complete with the Fandango app. Fandango and these scammers are supposed to be affiliated I guess. Now I will never purchase from Fandango again either since they are affiliated with scammers. SHAMESmarty

Our records indicate that a SmartyPlus subscription was cancelled and payment of a $3.00 7-day trial fee made on November 11th was refunded on November 12th via telephone to our Customer Service Center. We show no other charges for the email or name disclosed.Review fromIrma G

1 stari got the ad pop up about $25 cash back for paying my att bill. so i go threw everything and set up everything and claim it by choosing gift card and i get a email saying a check will be sent in 6-8 weeks. when i go to customer support they keep saying the same thing. i tell them i didn't want a check they respond with a check will be sent in 6-8 weeks. i am certain this is a scam. stay away from this place.Smarty

We are SmartyPlus and our contact information is prominently displayed on our website. For the convenience of our customers, we operate a 24x7x365 telephone call & live chat service. We also respond promptly to emails.
We have reviewed this matter and confirm that you did request a $25 gift card as your First Purchase Rebate. We received a copy of your online receipt from shopping at AT&T from you in our rebates email inbox on September 5th and have approved your rebate. This gift card is scheduled to be paid out around the middle of this month. Please note we were waiting for you to send us a copy of the receipt to us to prove eligibility before we could honor the claim. This is stated in an automated response email sent to you when initially applying for the rebate.
Also, per your request, we have cancelled your SmartyPlus subscription and refunded your 7-day paid trial fee. You will no longer be charged by us.Review fromBetty K
