    I don't think you'll be able to find more competent and meticulous professionals offering reasonably priced solar and battery solutions than Sean and his crew at Taylor Energy Systems. They stay up-to-date on developments in the evolving solar and home battery industries and have helped me enormously, going way beyond what one might reasonably expect in the way of design, implementation, and service.

    Taylor Energy was amazing from planning through installation and follow up questions a year later! They made us feel like we were their only customers and installed a perfect system. All of the staff from planning to installing to the final work on the new electrical panels was flawless. **** has built an amazing team who truly care about their work and their customers. I highly recommend *******************************************.

    I had a great experience working with ****, **** and the guys at Taylor Energy. They were very good at listening to my needs and making sure that all of my questions were answered before they got started, as well as along the design and installation process. I highly recommend them if you are interested in a backup battery system to support your solar.

    We recently had the good fortune of working with Taylor Energy for our home solar panel and battery installation, and we couldnt be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation with Tory through installation with *** and his team, to the inspections with ****, the entire process was seamless and professionally handled. The team took the time to assess our energy needs, explain the benefits of solar, and customize a solution that made sense for our home.The installation process went extremely smooth. The crew arrived on time and were respectful of our property. Similarly, the electrician and his team were very knowledgeable when hooking things up. We appreciated all the workers positive attitude and attention to detail. In addition, the Taylor team provided us with a walkthrough of the new system and the apps used to monitor it. They made sure we understood how everything worked and what to expect in terms of maintenance. Since the installation, we have seen a significant reduction in our energy bills and are extremely happy we chose Taylor Energy. It should also be noted that the company has been highly responsive in getting back to us whenever we had specific questions following the installation. Overall, we highly recommend Taylor Energy to anyone considering solar power. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly distinguishes them from their competitors.

    My solar array went offline suddenly in April and I couldn't get the system to respond. My original installer was no longer available, so I needed help from someone new. **** Taylor delivered excellent help by working with me to try and run remote diagnostics on my inverter (to save me a truck-roll fee), and when that did not offer sufficient insight (because the issue was upstream of the inverter), his team came out and did a thorough review on my system. They identified the failure point, provided a quote for repair, **** patiently answered my many questions, and when the day came for the repair, they showed up promptly and got the system back up and running as promised. I highly recommend Taylor Energy for your solar and battery storage needs.

    password?***************************:I have worked with 3 other solar companies and Taylor Energy have been the best for customer service: always a voice at the other end of a call or a return call very shortly after. **************** that ************************************************** helped me to qualify and secure **** funding for our new Tesla Powerwall battery system. They did the work of securing my **** rebates before the funds ran out; and THEY DID THE PAPERWORK !! The **** rebates covered over 90% of our new Tesla battery back-up system.Thank you Taylor Energy for being a great company to work with. **********************************

    Working with Taylor Energy was an outstanding experience. They installed two solar arrays on our under-construction new house and two Tesla PowerWalls in the garage. We have had experience previously installing a solar system on another residence, using one of the big-name providers and their cookie cutter approach. By comparison we found Taylor Energy to be far more personalized, with **** Taylor himself attending the *********************** meeting to gain approval for the project from the homeowners association; with the Taylor team working with the general contractor for our new house on a multi-step installation schedule designed to ensure that the roofing warranties for our new flat roof would not be invalidated; with the Taylor team also proactively working with us to ensure that we were grandfathered into the much more favorable NEM 2.0 prior to the ********** transition to NEM 3.0; and with company personnel covering all permits, power company agreements, and more without the need for our involvement. They kept us informed every step of the way and were a real pleasure to work with. And finally, despite the highly personalized service, Taylor Energys pricing was in line with what the big-name provider had charged us on our other house. We have ended up very happy customers and can highly recommend Taylor Energy.
