    I purchased a zero motorcycle it has been very problematic and is not working. I have taken it to the dealer on multiple occasions for the exact same problem. I have contacted the dealer and they are offering again to fix the same problem. Each time it gets fixed it is a couple days to get it picked up at least a week to get it fixed and waiting for parts and then a couple days to deliver it back. This created a burden as it part of my transportation. I want a full refund... this is clearly a LEMON

    My wife purchased 2 brand new electric motorcycles from Zero. One of them is perfectly fine. No issues whatsoever. The Zero DS, however, has been a headache to deal with. We've been having all kinds of issues with it since we purchased it. It would randomly not want to accelerate, it would randomly stall, etc. We finally had to take it in to get it repaired under warranty. At first they told us it simply needed a new battery pack (seriously? Only a couple of months owning it.) Then they told us it needed a new computer. Then that they needed to replace the computer and another component because it had a virus. It's been a ridiculous experience. I Then email and called them several times stating that we did not feel safe owning the motorcycle, and that we wanted them to buy it back. They told us to send an email to the headquarters, we did so. No response. Then we tried calling them, and they told us they would tell the supervisor. They got our number and email, never received a response. Tried calling again, now they don't answer the phone. Please take this motorcycle back. We don't want it. It's a safety hazard, and we wouldn't feel good about selling it to someone else either.

    Record of 2023 **************** and Warranty issues On 7/5/2024 The Zero FXE ending in ***** was purchased as new with 3 miles on the vehicle odometer by Cleveland Moto. On 7/15/2024 the vehicle was delivered to the residence address of ******************************************************** On 7/17/2024 registration was completed and a request for assistance with the motorcycle firmware was sent.On 7/23/2024 an additional request for an update regarding the vehicles functioning an app not working was requested.As of 7/27/2024 the vehicle became fully and completely un operational. Furthermore, the vehicle would not take a charge evidence was recorded and a call was made to Zero however customer service was not available and a detailed message with a request to call back with left. On 7/29/2024 a call was made requesting response to the concerns of the vehicle, not being operational. Additional details was provided and I was informed a ticket was created back on 7/15/2024 and a technician by the name of ******* was to follow up. I was informed if I did not receive a call back within two days to contact customer service.On 7/30/2024 an email receipt by ******* advising the vehicle should be taken to a dealership to resolve this matter. A response was sent to ******* informing him that the closest dealership was over 4 miles away and out of state. He was also informed that the vehicle was un operational and unsafe to operate to be able to get it to the dealership.On 8/08/2024 and email was carbon copied to me from ****** to an individual by the name of ****** explaining my issue and also identifying that there is a major firmware update requirement for my vehicle however, no further actions or emails have been received to date.On 8/15/2024 I had sent over an email requesting some type of resolution to this matter again going unanswered by the company.

    This company has advertised this unit SR as having navigation and the capability of upgrading features. Because I cannot conduct a simple registration from Zeros website and their inability to register me themselves I have been cheated of features not accessible after purchase. This is false advertisement. I would like an upgrade to a model with features already present (ex. Navigation).SR/F

    In lieu of compensation for loss of use I would like the upgraded version of the motorcycle that has been out of service for over 8 months, by Federal lemon law standards a replacement is warranted. I want a DSR upgrade from malfunctioning DS sold to me and poor customer service.

    I have had my 2015 ** in the dealership for 3 months waiting on someone to figure out how to get my bike working. I purchased a new battery and wiring harness and no one can figure out how to get the bike running again. I have been in contact with the dealership GM and he cannot get anyone to respond to him. I am reaching out to help him, so that I may get my bike back.
