On February 6, 2018 The Contractors State License Board issued an Accusation in the State of California. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of Business and Professions Code prohibiting a criminal conviction for misrepresentation of Fact to obtain Workers Compensation Insurance and for filing a false return between May of 2011 and December of 2014.The matter is pending.
