    I ordered a 90 day supply of Activated you, Morning Complete. There was a discount for subscribing for automatic refills. I figured if it worked, great, so I did. About 3 weeks after receiving the product I was notified that my automatic refill was being processed. I called and yes, I was being sent another 90 day supply 3 weeks after the first 90 day supply. I asked for the shipment to be held, stopped and credited back to me. I was told that couldn't be done because I used pay pal. (Now I have a 5 month supply) They wouldn't stop the shipment when I clearly called before it shipped, doubled my investment (in a product that i haven't decided I wanted to continue using) and wouldn't entertain the idea of a credit.Bad Business Practices !!!!

    Hi I did a purchase today and I got charged 200 dollars more than I should have. I want to cancel my order and get a full refund and I don't want to receive any product.     Activatedyou - When you order an item from this company, other items are billed to your credit card as well. I could not find a way to reverse this. I immediately contacted my credit card company. I would like to warn others about this deceptive practice.

    This transaction occurred on October 24.

    I requested a 90 day supply of morning complete. The total should have been 145.26.

    The website kept trying to get me to add another 6 month supply. I repeatedly clicked no.

    They created another order order #************* and charged me another 256.91.

    I really feel this business is scaming people by creating additional orders. There is no cancel option. I called customer service same day 10/24. I was on hold for 45 minutes with no answer. They said there is an online chat which I couldn't find anywhere on their site. I sent them an email asking them to cancel and refund the invalid order. They said they would reply in 24 hours. I received no response.

    Then I received a shipping notice for both orders. At this point I am so frustrated I want them to cancel the incorrect order as well as the other one. I don't trust this business and no one should. It needs to be added to the scam list.

    I purchased health/wellness products that I mix with water. 3 kinds: ************************************************** The first jar of ************ was good, I even asked the company if they could make it subscription based so I could get it auto shipped like their morning complete. The second jar made me incredibly sick. Within 15 min of ingested the product my face and body broke out in red hot angry triangles, I became dizzy weak, and feeling faint. It took about 2-3 tries to realize it was the mito vitality causing it. I stopped all their products. I was on my second jar of Mito and on my first jar of **************** and first jar of ****** with 2 unopened jars of morning complete remaining. I no longer trusted any of their products. If this one jar was a bad batch and made me that sick, could the other remaining jars as well. I contacting the company and I wanted 2 things 1) to get a refund of the products and 2) for them to look further into why I became so sick so it didnt happen to anyone else. They would only refund the one jar and refused to refund the other products since I didnt react to the morning complete. I explained to them that these 2 unopened jars could be a bad batch as well and I am no longer feeling safe to try them in case they are bad as well. They refused to refund. I offered to return them, they just needed to send me a pre-paid label, box, and packaging material if they wanted the items in question returned to which they responded that its not in their terms and conditions. I explained to them that regardless of their terms and conditions, their products made me sick, and its up to them to make it right. Which they decided they were not going to make it right. I want a refund of all products as I no longer feel like my health is safe with these products and could cause me damage. I even asked the service person if she could forward my complaint to higher ups and then I receive a call/email to which I got a no. Did not seem to care.

    I cant get them on phone or response via email/ form. I ordered on Oct 2 and got it Oct 7 and tried to call them Oct 9 and was on hold for an hour and gave up. I then filled out refund inquiry on webpage and was 48-72 hr turnaround- im still waiting 4 days later. Stay away!!

    This business had an ad ************ which I watched and had decided I would give the product a try. I had decided on a one month trial, then they add additional product offers, which I declined, then more...

    I received a phone call and left the page which was labeled "1,2,3..." at the top. I realized it was a save getting a call and not being able to order. Then I received email confirmation that two orders had been filled!

    All without me reviewing the order or a chance to remove or cancel my order.

    Today is Sunday August 14th. I called as soon as I noticed the email confirmations to inquire about stopping or cancelling my order. The representative said he'd reach out to the warehouse to see if it could be stopped & that I'd get an email in an hour or hour in a half case#******** I never did until after I reached out again via chat, and at that time I was told the order had already been fulfilled so I would not be able to get a refund.
