    Selling and shipping OLD product! Mfg date 8/2023 received two years later 8/2025. Called and requested fresh product since potency expiration date is year from *** date. They did reship, and the product was AGAIN TWO years old. When I requested a refund they told me I needed to pay to return the product first. **************** agent was rude, condescending, and unhelpful.

    Disappointing Product. Deceptive Refund Policy.I received Morning Complete on March 7th and attempted to initiate a return on June 4th. The advertised 90-day money-back guarantee implied 90 days from receipt to assess results and request a refund. After 90 days of consistent use, I observed no discernible ********** refund request was denied. Activated You states their 90-day countdown begins when the order is processed in their warehouse, not when the customer receives the product. This policy is deceptive. It shortens the actual evaluation period, rendering the "90-day" guarantee misleading.The product failed. The refund policy is designed to prevent legitimate claims. Buyers should be aware of these misleading terms.

    Thank you ****** *! Love it! I for one have an excellent experience and loved the products. I am one to not always finish my products or not enjoy flavors, but this product worked and tasted plenty good enough I took it straight through. I normally hate fake flavors and overly sweetened things especially drinks. I am returning because their excellent quality and I am able to purchase again! Happy health enjoy!

    I am so sure that the 100% guarantee and 100% money back guarantee doesnt include the $20 it costs to ship!!!!! Naturally this stopped working after 1 month and by the time I got through all the questions (even though there are no questions asked) I had two containers to return because the scripting wasnt turned off. That of course is another thing you have to do and update. I should have followed my GUT (pun intended) on concerns if this was too good to be true or not

    I ordered this product in January of this year. Didnt quite like the flavor of apple cinnamon, but that was the only choice I saw when I ordered. However, in February I was charged again, so I called customer service to dispute. The *** confirmed I didnt have a subscription and didnt know why I was being charged. She told me she would reverse the charge and it would take about 5-7 days or so. During this call I also expressed that I didnt like the flavor but felt the product was starting to work. She then offered to exchange for another flavor but I would not have any product for a least 10 days or more because I would have to return what I had and pay for shipping or 30% refund off my previous order and I could order a different flavor. Well that never happened, still waiting for that 30% refund. I told her I didnt want to do that and it was not fair, if I wasnt satisfied with the product and I didnt know there were other flavors. Those werent offered during the promotion. In March I was charged again, now Im on high alert!! I checked my Activated You account and I have NO SUBSCRIPTION! So now *** contacted my credit card company because this is starting to look like fraud. For two months my card is being charged without my permission or consent. So now here we are in April, no compensation for being a dissatisfied customer as promised. I have 5 containers of product that Im not using because the flavor is not appealing to me. I probably would have continued with my journey had Ive been treated like a loyal customer. Good customer service can make a difference in a company and customer relationship.

    Thank you for the refund, that solved one of the issues. However, I would have also appreciated also the opportunity to try the other flavor options to see if I liked those opposed to the Apple Cinnamon. Allow the customer to get the full experience of your products, in order to get the full benefit and remain a loyal customer without reservations.

    I've been taking it for almost 3 months and absolutely no results. Still have ibs. I tried to return per 90 day money back guarantee and it started the day i ordered, so it expired bc I didn't receive it until weeks later. Waste of money and time.

    Terrible Experience Avoid This Company!I had a horrible experience with ActivatedYou and will never buy from them again. Their system incorrectly placed multiple orders under my name, charging me for products I did not order. Instead of resolving the issue, their customer service ignored my concerns, refused to cancel the extra orders, and put the entire burden on me.When I reached out for help, they kept repeating the same scripted response and offered me only a 30% refund instead of fixing their mistake. To make things worse, they expect ME to pay for return shipping for orders I never placed!This company does not care about its customerstheir support is unhelpful, and their ordering system is unreliable.     ******* PRODUCTS. I ordered the activated you on 10/25/24 and received it on 10/30/24. I felt lightheaded and I still have a stomach ache. So, I decided to look at the expiration date on the bottle, and sure enough, the product was manufactured in 2022, and the expiration date was 09/09/2024. They are most likely trying to get rid of old products because people are not buying them as they thought people would.
