              We placed an order with Interscope in November on 2023. While I understand shipping delays occur, we are still waiting on our order now at the end of Feb 2024. The order ship date continues to change each day and I cannot get any answers from Interscope. Their response has been give it two weeks and if nothing changes, contact us back. When I did that, they say give it 3 weeks or contact the shipping company. The shipping company ***** has never received the package from Interscope, so they cannot provide me any information on my package. We cannot get anyone from Interscope to call us concerning this issue and feel as we are getting the run around on our order. My daughter really wants the jacket we ordered, it was supposed to be a Christmas present, so I don't want to cancel the order, I just want to receive what we ordered.

              They sent a email blast to order by Dec 11 for holiday delivery. So I ordered Dec 8th to ensure this would get to my granddaughter in time!! She this the ONLY thing she asked from Gpa and I. I got One email confirmation regarding the shipping information. And then nothing. I reached out to customer service and got a generic email that said by reaching out I now have delayed my order. That's was All. No following up. I checked today And now it's delivery date of Dec 19th. I choose the bands website thru interscope records Over Amazon to help the band. Never again. This was the only thing my granddaughter asked us for and now it's late. Money was taken. Business will not reply. I'm fairly certain this is a scam and we won't see a response or a refund or even an apology for disappointing a GMA and her family a ten year who for some reason likes this band that could care less about her. It her love for this "band" I doubt they even care or think about the regular people who help find their vapid life style. Shame on Interscope and imagination dragggggons. I hope you are happy disappointing a kid. Shame on you All.
