    On December 2, 2022, I attempted to submit Digital Images for Licensed use/purchase on their Online Store, to hopefully make sales of my Artwork used on their goods. Especially since the upcoming Holiday Christmas Season was approaching. Following the Mandatory instructions, I had to submit payment through PayPal for Verification in order to submit any Digital Images to be used, which I complied with. While the Verification fee was minimal, merely $1 USD, payment nonetheless was sent and received. Upon Uploading images to be used, one has the ability to Edit the uploaded file to include pertinent information such as Copyright/Rights Disclaimers and information, Artwork Description, make adjustments to types of products etc. Every time I attempted to Edit Artwork successfully uploaded to their Website, my Web browser would completely freeze and lock up, for 10+ minutes, causing the only solution being completely closing the Web browser. After several attempts, I contacted the Society 6 Help Support online on Dec. 2, to which they replied on Dec. 4 with their solutions of using another Browser, clearing Caches and such. I did as they suggested, even using the Chrome Browser as told was the preferred one to use. No matter what they suggested, it did not solve. I have several Emails from the span of about two weeks because they do not respond in a timely Business day manner, but wait for days to respond. Usually with either the same type of solutions that do not work, or that they will "Escalate" the matter with "engineers" I have never spoken with. After finally receiving total lack of support and the same run-around, I simply stated that I would like a refund of my Verification payment , and would remove my Copyrighted Artwork from their site and just use a competitor. They responded with similar response of getting back to me. Informed I was contacting the BBB, to which was told "We will get back to you with more information in regard to your request. ".

    I purchased 4 pillow shams that arrived with stains all over them. When I contacted customer support they told me it was part of the design and in order to receive a refund I had to ship the product back to them at my expense
