ZipRecruiter is billing my company since 6/6/23. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter with their CS, the problem remains unresolved, and I've been unjustly charged $535.5, twice a month, for a service I've never received.Since discovering these unauthorized charges on my account, I've diligently attempted to reach out to ZipRecruiter's customer support to rectify the situation. However, despite my persistent efforts, I've received no satisfactory resolution or acknowledgment of the problem from their end. The lack of responsiveness and failure to address this matter in a timely manner is highly concerning and unacceptable.I want to emphasize that I've never signed up for or used any services provided by ZipRecruiter, making these charges entirely erroneous and unjustified. It's evident that there has been a mistake or misunderstanding on their part, and I demand a reimbursement of the $7497 that has been wrongfully deducted from my account.
