      ******** customer service. Told incorrect information, but of course, if I pay for the family plan, which doubles the price (I only need it for one member), between that and what I'd pay, no savings. I should have done my due diligence and come here to read real reviews from the public; I could have saved myself from a horrible experience. The supervisor was rude and made accusations, but I am the customer who does read the fine print, and it's not there.

      I was not a fan at all I used RX saver which I was informed that GoodRx owns and I was going over some things with the lady and she said that she could get me back on the medicine I needed for only $74 and that nothing could move forward unless I signed the paperwork I read over all the paperwork talked to my doctor and was advised not to use them so I did not sign the paperwork I woke up a few days later to see that they had charged me without me signing anything that in my opinion is fraud I did file a complaint when I called so I advise you all to do the same and do not used RX saver

      They charge me ***** for one time visit when I got the email for the prescription. The prescription was between 300 and $600. That is crazy there shouldve been some disclosure first or given another option on a prescription especially when Ive gotten similar medication to treat eczema for a h*** of a lot less, this is a complete rip off, especially to those of us who live on Limited income and I just threw out $50 for a visit because I do not have that kind of money for prescription

      Prices reflected are a lie. After going to three pharmacist I am quoted a price 4x what good rx has listed. Its not even close! I have spent two days without this medication because I cannot afford 4x what I expected. The doctor only chose to prescribe it to me because goodrx advertised I could afford it. Pharmacists are beyond rude, they hate dealing with goodrx customer service. I do too! Sweet people who cant do a thing to help you but say sorry we false advertise. *********.

      It should be NEGATIVE star. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP THE GOLD MEMBERSHIP ITS A SCAM. They think everyone is as an idiot they are as them! Family plan vs individual plan is a scam. You are the only one will benefit and the rest of your family will have the same benefits of A FREE ACCOUNT! I can’t fathom how such scammers are OKAY to keep their business operating!!! This website has to SHUT DOWN!
