      STAY AWAY USE >CallOnDoc< Instead I needed quick anti Biotic figured try an online service GoodRx was suggested via ****** have to take that with a grain of salt sadly you can pay your way into the first page of any ****** searches big enough company so I figured why not setup account and online med info I did a home test for STI negative but ended up with a UTI long story short I was required to have the test kit result on hand to show the nurse practitioner I did the test 1 day before using this service now I was in ********** when I did the test I live in *** I wanted the anti biotic ready for me when I land but who in the RIGHT MIND would keep the test kit result with them maybe if GOODRX was transparent enough to Say So I would have done so Either way when I was chatting with the nurse practitioner she said all of this and canceled the consultation it was also refunded I never signed up for gold membership etc but I was charged for it opened app No where can you find delete account got on website same story called the 800 number outsourced service *** is her name super helpful helped me navigate deleting my account got my refund for the gold membership charge and deleted my payment info which 2 of the 3 I confirmed via the app and email the app showed my payment card being deleted and via email for a refund ?? Thanks *** Now deleting my account completely is another story its such a hidden feature you need to search on the main ************* Retention and Deletion***Then scroll down to a hyperlink to delete you account hope this helps others This just tells you that this company is about random charges and keeping and selling your data USELESS AND WORTHLESS does it work Im sure it does is it transparent and easy 100% NO use a different service save yourself the Headache also they retain your info for minimum 2 years up to 7 Years instead Use CallOnDoc All of the complaints here think opposite 100% better GOODRX WORTHLESS

      First time using GoodRx Gold for their online visit. It was easy, and they ordered me antibiotics, which also saved me money on the prescription. Visiting the primary care provider would have cost $130, plus any tests, and $15 for antibiotics. However, with GoodRx, the cost was reduced to $19 and $5. It basically paid for itself! I wish they would start doing primary visits and lab work.

      My son had to jump through hoops to even get a hone call and then they gladly took my money only to tell him he has to see his pcp to get a refill on his medication. They gladly charged my credit card, though.

      I have had great experiences with the free app to pick up prescriptions in person, so I decided to pay for the Gold Membership since I was diagnosed with a chronic condition and would likely need to be on medication for the next 3 months to a year or more. I tried to use the home delivery feature since it had the best price listed in the app, and they have cancelled on me twice. So far I am going to have at least a 2.5 week delay in getting my medication and I am still not sure if they will get it right this time. I am worried about developing pneumonia again, and I think about how critical the medications that others need are. I have received contradictory information from the different support staff that I have contacted about this issue. Some blame a glitch, others blame my default pharmacy, and others blame my PCP. The service is not as advertised and not worth the money. They told me on the 2nd order that they never received the prescription when I had previously received notification from their 3rd party pharmacy that they had it. The 3rd party pharmacy tried to double charge me an additional $60 instead of the $45 advertised on the app. This is not the way a legitimate business operates. If my order was cancelled, why did they pass along my healthcare information to the 3rd party and why did their 3rd party try to charge me? I don't trust Good Rx anymore.

      I Needed a prescription for an epi pen auto injector because I have a severe auto immune issue and I just started doing bee treatments as a pest control technician. Im Arizona 98% of bees are Africanized and I cant risk my life doing this job.I accurately filled out the intake forms where it asked me if Ive ever had a prescription in the past and said I had not. I assumed I would speak with a doctor tell them my situation and they would prescribe me an auto injector. The physicians assistant ***** ***** who had a text based conversation with simply said she can not write a prescription since Ive never had a prescription.I do not have insurance and I signed up in order to have affordable access to a life saving drug. She asked me no questions, showed no interest or compassion and simply said she would flag our conversation for support to review I was forced to find their support number on the BBB website because nowhere on their own site is there a way to contact support without a recurring membership

      I have cancelled my goldrx membership on 9/11 and theyre still continuing to try and charge my card. Theres no option to delete your card information either, so they can pretty much do what they want to. Very shady to give no way to delete your account or your card information. I actually tried to cancel it back in August too but still got charged. I am not using it and cant get rid of it. Ridiculous.

      I felt a UTI coming on and it was Friday afternoon, so decided to use GoodRx online for a prescription. Their forms asked the same question over and over, what medications was I taking, and what was my medical history. I filled this out several times, and then they prescribed a medication that was not safe for my medical condition. When I wrote back asking the name of the Dr. *** prescribed an unsafe medication, they quickly erased my account, but kept my money. These people are nothing but scammers, and they're dangerous.

      Rip off...I have a UTI can't even get an antibiotic. They want a pregnancy test for a 48 year old. That's how smart they ****** way to get a refund for absolutely zero help!

      They do not communicate what kind of services they provide. They only refill your past medications, you cant actually up your dose or change medications. There is no reason to make a visit and pay for it if you dont even need to talk to anyone about your medication/how its helping or not. I got my refund but yeah, the website makes it seem like you can visit and get prescribed any medication for your symptoms, including changing your medication. It doesnt say anywhere that you can only refill your old medication. It was a waste of time for no communication. They also dont let you set up an interview time so they just call you whenever they want immediately after you submit your visit request which makes it hard to prepare because you never know when theyre calling you. Plus, youre only allowed to use them one time out of a whole year and cant use them regularly. Whats the point of having a membership then?
