      Paid full price for sunscreen that expires in less than 8 months and they REFUSE to process a refund or even offer me a discount. This sunscreen was $40 per unit and I purchased 2 of them. The representative told me they dont process refunds under any circumstance. I find that policy to be pro business and NOT in the interests of their consumer. I received this sunscreen at the start of winter, I live in **, and by the time I have any use for sunscreen again it will be expired. This is not the first time I have received full price sunscreen from the company which expired in 10 months or less. Their policies are unethical and their sales practices are misleading. No one should be selling beauty products like sunscreen with less than a year of shelf life. They are clearly trying to liquidate old product. Buyer beware.

      Got a rewards membership right before they shut down and now cant use it. This business smells like a scam. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

      I was a satisfied customer until I made an order recently and decided to purchase a $30 membership, because they were doing a promo where members receive 30% product credit back. Figuring it would be worth it, I bought the membership and received about $25 product credit. Then, a few days later, the company promptly shut its doors, and is now no longer selling their products, answering emails or complaints, and is offering no refunds. How is that legal??

      Bait and switch sales, zero customer service, unable to reach customer service, poor policies regarding orders, discounts, returns. Dont waste your time with beauty counter, its a total scam!!

      I've purchased Beautycounter client for 7.5 years and 99% of my interactions have been positive. I eventually joined as a consultant because the discount is so good and I've helped countless clients with exchanges and refunds and have always found that Counter Support is willing to help. I also love their products!
