    Merchant refuses to fully refund defective and incorrect items. I special ordered a particular color and finish on wheels for my car, but they fulfilled the order using incorrect specs and modified the items to match as close as possible. I contacted the merchant within one week of this issue and they said they would correct everything. This was July of last year (2021). I have in writing from the manufacturer that************************************************* switched out and misrepresented their product on this sale. After escalating with my bank I got 50% of the purchase refunded but they would not do the second because the merchant promised to fully refund the second half. I have a copy of the merchant stating this to my bank on the dispute. Once I returned the items they chose to not do this and instead deducted a 20% restocking plus shipping. I have proof of the emails from the manager stating he would refund me as well. Once they received the defective merchandise back they did the opposite. They lied to make the sale. They sent defective and incorrect (color & finish) items. None of this was my issue. I paid for an item, they delivered the wrong items and defective items yet they will not honor this as their mistake. Instead they are penalizing the consumer. I have also posted pictures of this on their google reviews online, which they have removed from their search. ************************************* Why would anyone order new wheels and pay to have them mounted and balanced if I knew they were defective? I paid for the wheels, shipping, and mounting. And I had to pay to have them unmounted for the refund. Now I'm paying shipping to return them as well? I ordered machined silver but they painted the wheels with major imperfections. I ordered a specific fitment/width but instead they grinded down a wheel to fit and it was damaged and couldn't be used. I could not drive on these wheels. They would not balance. None of this was my issue. None of it.
