Visited European Wax center July 10 for a 1st time waxing service & was informed of an unlimited wax pass available only to 1st time customers. Purchased the unlimited wax pass consisting of 4 payments auto withdrawn in the next 4 months for 1yr of waxing. Never disclosed of 30 day cancellation period stating store credit would be issued if cancelled after the 30 days. As well as only managers being able to perform cancellations. Went to cancel the unused wax pass on Aug. 26 after 2 payments withdrawn & told by receptionists solely a manager has authority to cancel. Followed by manager not in for the ******** information being written down, passed to said manager, & told ** receive a call confirming cancellation on Aug. 29. Never received call & had another payment withdrawn on Sept. 10th. Visited the store on Sept. 13th at 11am to dispute cancellation & ask for a refund only to be told by the receptionists the manager was moved to a different store *************** were currently manager- less. Was up until then informed over the 30 day cancellation policy. This only offering store credit issued for entirety of the wax pass as without a manager, payments would remain in progress. Explained I was never once informed over the policy & would still like a refund as pass was never used & money continues being withdrawn against many attempts of cancellation. My information was written down again & assured Id be receiving a call later in the day from someone higher up to help my situation. Did not receive a call & took it upon myself to contact the location at 6pm, 2 hrs before closing at 8pm, for a 3rd attempt to dispute the same cancellation & charges. Had my information written down again & was told itd be passed to a different store location with someone higher up to help my case. I was assured Id receive a call before closing that didnt occur & no resolution to my situation has been reached. I am now asking for full refund as I dont plan on going back at all.
