- Refund & Exchange PolicyEffective date: 10/13/58Who this applies to: Clients who purchase services from Sequoia GEO.1) Cancellations & Refunds (Service Fees)Before work begins: Full refund of service fees if canceled within 3 business days of payment and before any work has started.After work begins (project work): Refunds are pro-rated for the portion of service fees not yet performed. Time already worked and completed deliverables are non-refundable.Monthly retainers: You may cancel with 30 days’ notice. Prepaid, unused retainer time after the notice period will be refunded pro-rata.Rush/expedited fees: Non-refundable once scheduling is confirmed.2) What’s Not RefundableThird-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software, domains, hosting, stock assets, data tools).Completed deliverables delivered per scope (e.g., launched pages, delivered ads, reports).Change-of-mind after acceptance/approval of a deliverable.3) “Exchanges” / Service CreditsIf you prefer, eligible refunds may be converted to service credits to apply to other Sequoia GEO services within 180 days of issuance.4) Quality Issues & RevisionsIf a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, notify us within 10 business days of delivery.
